We ordered 3 hoagies from this location and 2 of them were pathetic. I can’t even believe they let sandwiches leave the store they looked so bad. We had to add our own toppings when we got home because they hardly had any pizza sauce, cheese and onions. We’ve had takeout from the Union, KY store many times and have never had any issues. I won’t ever go back to this location.

I would like to share that i am very happy with the service i have received from this location. I had to place multiple large orders in the last 3 days and they have delivered and had our pizzas ready still in a timely manner even being short staffed. Their quality did not change due to this so i hope this store is recognized for their great customer service that they provide each time we order

The assistant GM, Roger, is always pleasant. He ensures the store is run efficiently and effectively. Since he took over at this location, the quality of the food and the speed of deliveries has greatly improved. Anytime I come into the store for a pickup order, I am impressed by the cleanliness. He and his staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery orders are much the same, and the drivers are polite and offer a great experience. The improvements I’ve seen since his recent appointment cannot be overstated.

Went in to pickup my order and when I walked in a tall fellow wearing a gray shirt and black shorts made eye contact with me and smirked along with a blonde young girl. They preceded to walk into a small hallway and then the tall blond fellow leaned all the way back out and made eye contact with me and smirked at me again. Seems to me if those two people have nothing better to do than to make your customers feel uncomfortable and stand around and do nothing just waiting for their next victim to come in the door, wouldn’t you be better off saving that money that for a more valuable employee with better people skills! Sorry I didn’t measure up too whatever standards they deem worthy of respect, I won’t go back to this Dominos!

I ordered some Buffalo wings from this particular domino’s an the chicken was “HORRIBLE”, the service was even unprofessional. I went here on my break and didn’t check my order as I received it. So wen got baCK 2 work and sat down ready 2 eat U will see what I received.
So I called the store and asked 2 speak 2 a manager and the individual who answered the phone was the manager and the lady who made my order. She wasn’t professional at all and was tremendously rude.
So I called corporate an I’m currently waiting on a response.
NOW ARE THESE THE WINGS THAT YOU’D WANT 2 ENJOY 4 THE MONEY YOU SPEND ESPECIALLY ON YOUR BREAK?????
