So I ordered from the drive thru from the Domino’s app. First time in a long time we have ordered Domino’s. On the app I first selected my coupon which was 20% off entire order. We like to add multiple toppings because we like a lot on our pizza. It was the maximum of 7 toppings. It made me very angry to get home and see that I had a pizza with just cheese and sauce. I looked at the recipe and the app in which said that the pizza was made correctly. I called the store to explain an issue that happened within the app maybe with the coupon and they said they couldn’t take the pizza back to reorder. Which with this cheese pizza I combined with cheesy bread for the deal. So now I’m paying 23 dollars extra to make my family happy and to waste a cheese pizza. With mistakes, y’all are making enough profit to help fix any issue and make your customers happy as ever. Otherwise I’ll continue to order from Snappys whom just opened a new “all you can eat” right up the street from us. Thank you

This store has completely gone to crap!! Their service is poor, their food is a major downgrade and the new people they hired got attitude problems! On top of all that with their new app they got I ordered a reward for half off an item then I got the mix and match 6.99$ pizzas so on the receipt it said half off for the cheesy bread and the regular 6.99 for each pizza but when someone got there to pick it up they charged the full price.
What happens if someone only brings the perfect amount for their pizza according to their receipt and then the tell them what they told me? Do they not give them their food because their receipt read wrong? Place used to actually be decent. You’re better off making French bread pizza in your own oven at home.
I’d rather go to Kroger shop for every topping known to man, throw it on a tortilla and cook it in the microwave!

My wife ordered a medium pizza and I got 8 wings,cost 40.00. The pizza was doughy, the wings did not have much sauce to cover. The money we paid should of been so much better. Order number was 975 from this location.The wait time was way too long also. I’m hopping you correct this order or we will order from a competitor, trust me there is one on every corner

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I was waiting at the pickup window for almost 30 minutes. The app showed that my order was already ready and out of the oven, yet no one came to the window to assist me.
The employee standing right next to the window was busy filling out paperwork and completely ignored me. I even honked my car horn to get someone’s attention, but he still didn’t acknowledge me or seem to care.
I understand that paperwork and other tasks are part of the job, but customer service should come first — especially when an order is marked ready and a customer is waiting. A simple acknowledgment or quick assistance would have made a big difference.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

JUST DON’T BOTHER. I called to tell them they made our orders wrong and he agreed to remake them, so we drove to the store for the second time only for him to argue that he was actually only going to remake half of it. Despite the entire order being made wrong and him ARGUING this with me on the phone before. When we asked to speak with a manager, this teenager tried to claim he was the manager. I made a complaint to corporate and never heard back. They do not care about this place at all and they especially do not care about customer experience, just save your time and go somewhere else. Can’t make a pasta bowl correctly if their life depended on it.

This place is horrible and the female manager I just called and made a complaint to about the food she wanted my husband to leave the house again and bring the food back knowing I told her that three of us had got I. To a car accident and he did not wanna leave again. My complaint was there was no sauce on the pizza. There was no sauce on the hoagies and the other complaint pretty much was that the tater tots thought it was supposed to come with ranch and then she wanted to get rude with me on the phone and then goes well. What do you want me to do refund you? This will be my last time ever going to the Dixie Highway Domino’s ever because they don’t know how to make pizzas let alone anything else out of that store

We just ordered 6 hoagies and a medium pizza. None of the hoagies had much sauce on them and the bread was burnt and hard. We called and spoke to a manager and her response was “we have to measure what we put on them and that she couldn’t do anything about it.” She didn’t offer a refund or discount on a future order. I wouldn’t order from them anymore and would recommend they put an option on to add sauce to you hoagie and not just on the side.

Not too pleased. Placed an order online, the app said it was delivered, but I did not get it. After 25 minutes on hold I get through to the store. They asked what I ordered, I gave them the info. I was told it would be remade, and out to me quickly. When the delivery arrived the delivery guy argued with me as to were the original order was delivered. Ok, you made a mistake, we move on. But he kept going on and on. I said thank you and walked away. I then checked my order, and it’s not what I ordered. The pizza was a large Brooklyn with chicken, bacon, onion, extra cheese and spinach. There is no chicken or spinach. It is dry and cold like it was made yesterday. The onion look like an after thought. The parmesan bites are dry, nothing on them. Also, the cinnamon bread twist are plain no cinnamon. I get you are short staffed, but it was like you said you don’t care about your customers. Not cool at all the.

This Pizza was ordered from Domino’s in Florence. We showed the delivery driver and he said he would let then know but did not offer a replacement. After calling Domino’s the manager said it was a free pizza so he would not replace it but would refund the 4 dollars extra she paid for stuffed crust. I asked if she could be refunded a few pizza since that was the credit she used and earned from being a faithful customer. The manager responded that he would not but we could have the delivery fee back. The manager was not accommodating or apologetic. Some of this Pizza did not even have sauce, it looks gross.
