I received a refund and spoke to the manager who apologized. Sometimes days are just rough like that, I totally understand. Thank you Alexandria Dominos for handling my unsatisfactory experience and turning it into a better one. Very pleased with their post-conflict resolution and keeping a customer! W management
I purchased two pizzas from my local Dominos at 7647 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001 during the evening of July 31st.
One of my pizzas was made incorrectly. It had pepperoni and bacon on it. I’m a vegetarian and I cannot eat those toppings. I attempted to call the store and see if they could remake it. The employee told me they would transfer me to their manager. The manager then answered the phone, said he couldn’t hear me and hung up.
I decided to then drive to the store and ask them to remake it. Once I was in the store the manager approached me apologized about the phone and said he could offer me a credit or remake it after all the orders on his screen which he explained he had about ten orders.
I said that unfortunately I did want the pizza. I explained that I did not want to wait and would prefer my order to be made sooner since it wasn’t my fault it was made incorrectly. He said that it wasn’t going to happen. I asked him his name and he said it was none of my business and threatened to call the police on me to escort me off the property. I told him that I did not think that was necessary for a pizza order. He asked me if I wanted to be trespassed so I said I hope you have a better day and left.
I am pretty upset at the way this manager handled the interaction and am unhappy that I paid for a pizza that was made incorrectly and I’m unable to eat.
I genuinely hope the manager has a better day because he seemed stressed, but it frankly was an inappropriate response to a situation regarding an incorrectly made pizza (The pizza looks great wish I could eat it)
I would avoid this location and either order from another location or get Papa John’s.

The employees here are so nice my card wasn’t working and they gave me my order free. All of the staff here is so friendly. I love this Domino’s. 10/10. Food and customer service here is so good!

Im not sure why this place (Alexandria Ky) only has 3.5 stars. My food was at my house in like 20 minutes. Hottt and delicious! I live less then a minute from LaRosa’s and it always takes at least 20-40 minutes for delivery. I am super impressed. The delivery driver followed instructions to the letter. I glad I extended his tip. Job well done Domino’s!

I ordered 2 pizzas and a hoagie online for my husband to pick up. When my husband walked in the store and stood by the register. Several employees looked at him but did not say anything. Then a young man walked past him and started making boxes. My husband just looked at him. Finally the employee making the boxes asked what the name was on the order. The employee asked my husband the name again. My husband could see the order on the shelf. Finally the employee got the order and my husband paid. After that he turned and walked away. No thank you, sorry for your wait, have a good evening, nothing. Awful customer service. Then we opened the food and it looked disgusting. Everything was dry and overcooked. The hoagie looked like a 2 year old made it, they cooked the pickles on it and some of it was so burned and hard you could not eat it. We had not ate Dominos in years and after this we never will again.

With cash tip this pizza came to over thirty dollars. It was supposed to have extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Could hardly taste either. Tried to complain online and they only offered gift certificates like I would ever buy from Dominos again?

I ordered online tonight to have food delivered to my disabled brother in law. I put exact delivery instructions. I told the driver to go up the steps, in the door, and it was the apartment on the left. They left the food outside on the apartment building steps. Never placing an order here again.

I tried to place an order online at my local Domino’s Pizza location (Alexandria KY). I had a Domino’s gift card and applied it to the order. When they asked me if I wanted to join their Dominoes profile, I saíd yes and filled out the form. My fat fingers had trouble getting my passwords to match, but I finally did. I got 2 different order numbers but no confirmation#. When I tried to reenter the order, they would no longer accept the card, saying it had been redeemed. I called the location, talking to the manager about the issue. He was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL & treated me as if my patronage didn’t matter.

We got 2 medium 1 topping with thin crust. This pizza looked and tasted like a generic frozen pizza with a cardboard crust. VERY VERY little cheese and sauce. Extremely disappointed in our pizza. (I got one sausage and one pepperoni so it should’ve been that hard to make and should have turned out better than that.)
