I ordered online I don’t get to eat out much because of my food allergy but when I called this location the gentleman that answered the phone and I wish I would have got his name but I didn’t unfortunately not only told me he would keep food separate that he would open all new toppings and all new utensils to guarantee that my food would not come in contact everything was delicious and our little family had a great dinner thank you so much for going above and beyond

Tonight was a cold snowy night and dominos was the only place open and we were so hungry for some pizza. Well, we went and in and were greeted by two smiling guys Holden and James. They were working so very hard and getting everything out while all the while making sure everything was to perfection. I have to commend James, because he answered the phone and then wash his hand immediately after before he ever touched food again which made me feel so happy about the standards he keeps. The food was absolutely amazing and even as busy as they were everything was hot and fresh. I am so very pleased with these two that I will 100% be back as long as they’re working. It’s so nice to see people have integrity when they’re working. 10/10 would recommend.

It was actually very very good and what I like to call “succulent”! Hot, greasy, and GOOD! I purposely got the cheesy bread sticks because they are so “succulent”. Yum! Nice people too. ! Excellent ac too, important in the summer!

I and a bunch of us orderd some food with my aunt and uncle and they messed up the order yet again. And when my aunt called back she was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. And when she used my brothers phone to recall back. The guy that answered said they could remake her food if we come and pick it up cause no driver. She told them that she had ordered delivered and she just hurd the driver just left with 2 2lts of pop that he forgot. Tell her to hold then manager name Chris got on and asked bout the order. She told them bout the messed up food, the manager said he knew and that she complained to much every that evert order she ordered had been replaced. She told them no thats not true. He told her that they will not deliver to her and her family anymore. They dont have to remake her food. She said ok. Then i need a refund they also renied that as well.

I think that is not right to do for a bunch of reasons. 1 the food had no sause on it the two pizza and the pasta had none at all.
Its been 30 min and still wauting on her food.
She is physically disabled. And thats the only restaurant he will eat at.
Hope they fix this.
Update- They never replaced the food they said they would bring after they said they would. And no refund. I posted the pictures of the my aunt’s food and the calls. One is where i was on hold for like 2 hrs.

Convenient, friendly and delicious! Awesome experiences. I have now visited this location twice, each time my experience was fantastic! The staff associates here are superb. They welcome and greet everyone as you enter the restaurant. The pizza has been served hot, fresh and prepared correctly. On my second visit, I was upgraded from a medium pizza to a large pizza, for the medium pizza price (thank you!!) The store is immaculate. Very convenient location and easy parking. This is a full service Domino’s, offering a complete menu including sandwiches and pastas. Naturally you can pickup or have your order delivered. The store also includes a drive thru window and a small dining area, if you care to eat at this location. I am really impressed with every aspect of this Domino’s; great service, exceptionally clean facility and delicious food. There is not a lot of food/restaurant options in Middlesboro. As a frequent traveler to the area, I’m so happy to have this Domino’s location!

The people here are always so kind and always willing to make changes if an order ends up messed up. Once during a delivery, they had the courtesy to call to let me know it would take a bit longer because they initially put the wrong sauce on my wings so they even gave me a few extra.

I came in after I got off of work tonight and ordered at the counter. The guy taking the order was super nice! He made a pepperoni pizza for me and it was really good. Usually you get a tons of grease with pepperoni and I was pleasantly surprised of the lack of grease. It sure was yummy! Thanks for being pleasant and for a tasty pizza.

Staff was really nice we ordered 11 pizzas for a church gathering and everyone of them was perfect! And we used our app to get the speciality pizzas cheaper than the dog food pizza from little Caesars.
