I have ordered a pan pizza from Domino’s before, and I do not remember ever receiving a pizza with weird ridges on it that looks stamped on and for the bottom of the crust to be that broken up and hard. The taste was off too

I deleted my last review because Yvette from management made things right untill she didn’t. Somehow my “credit” disappeared. I ordered again a week later and nothing got fixed. The “manager” at the register stayed on her phone for over 90 seconds when me and my wife walked in and refused to even acknowledge us all because I wanted the cheese pizza order for my kids to get fixed when they gave me PINEAPPLE, HAM, AND MUSHROOMS. I didn’t realize til I got home . These people along with management are completely incompetent. If you want an order to be exact and fresh do NOT order from this location. I’ve lost close to $50-60 at this location within 40 days. I’ve posted pictures just for proof. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I ordered my food online and never received it. I placed an order at 5:51 and just waited as usual. I checked my app later and said quality check was 6:28 and I waited longer until 7 and called to check. They said it was next out in a few minutes. Then at 7:30 it says my order is on the way and by 7:40 my order was canceled so I called the store and was left on hold instead of just dealing with the issue. Crazy how you can order food and wait then 2 hours later it gets canceled like it was nothing. Didn’t realize 2 medium pizzas and an 8 piece wing was that hard to do.

We got two wonderful pizzas for half price thanks to the March Madness deals. The two we ordered were the Hand-Tossed Deluxe with Banana Peppers added and the Thin Crust Spinach and Feta with Chicken added. The Deluxe had some of the best sausage I’ve had on a pizza and the Spinach and Feta one was perfectly crispy. I ordered it and it was ready to pick up in less that 20 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Quality of the food – 1/5 stars.
If I’m going to pay $60 for three pizza’s, they best be top quality and not like I just ordered from Mcdonald’s.
The Medium pizza you put pepperoni’s on the entire pizza when it was suppose to be half Pep, the other half bacon and peppers.
When I called I didn’t complain about this problem because my Wife was able to just pick them off, still not something she should have to do when asked to be placed on half.
I ordered a BBQ pizza. The bread all around the pizza had lumps, burnt cheese, and to make it all worse; my BBQ pizza didn’t have any BBQ sauce.
I had to call and complain and they sent out another BBQ pizza which took another hour to come. When it was delivered, the guy stood there expecting me to tip him again for coming out. I’m aware he isn’t the one who messed up the first pizza, but expecting a tip after messing up an order isn’t really professional yet alone awkward as I had to kindly shut the door on him to leave.
After opening the second BBQ Pizza; It was not burnt, extra cheese and cut up pieces of chicken which was better…. but for the BBQ sauce, I was sent yet again a pizza with no BBQ sauce and had to use BBQ sauce from the fridge. At this point I didn’t care for another pizza nor cared to call and complain for my money back for the BBQ Pizza. My family and I will not order from this Domino’s again.

This location is nothing but unprofessional! Employees dancing around like it’s high school musical. Pizza was even cut had to use a knife to cut it myself pizza was cold and food wasn’t even ready when they said it was ready online will not be returning to this location this is a pizza place how do you not know how to cut a pizza

I will never return to this Domino’s. The one on Pimlico is far better and their pizza is very, very good. The pizza at Tiverton just tastes stale and leaves a weird taste at the finish. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to get to a better location.

I ask for garlic parm knots, he said some dominoes put it on them and some just give packets. So he gave me parm packets lol. I ordered 2, only got 1. Had to wait on the other one while the rest of the food got cold.
