Ordered a pizza and lava cakes, the pizza was made wrong, I called the store and the manager was rude offered me a free pizza next time or remake so I asked for a remake. Got all the way home the 2nd time and the pizza was made wrong again, called and let them know, they gave me a free pizza credit..Opened the lava cakes and they were burnt..I would prefer my monies back not a store credit for another pizza…smh… you’re being forced to order from them again…offer people their money back not a credit…Do these managers not check the food they send out?? Evidently not!!! Shame people today have no integrity or pride in their job!!!

My wife said this pizza is “the worst she ever had” and I agree.
The last three or four pizzas we’ve had from this location have been hit or miss (mostly miss).
We’re done with this location.

Showed up after my order was supposed to be ready. I waited another 40 minutes because it wasn’t in the oven. I called and spoke to the general manager, she said she couldn’t help me. My pepperoni mushroom pizza had a total of 5 pepperoni slices on it. Because I’ve been bedridden with a heart condition she said it’s been over 24 hours and refused to help me. Will not even remake 1 item after I am able to get out to the bed. Sorry does not cut it. I’m in the service industry. I’m a manager. I would make it right

We love our food everytime we order here. The Feta and spinach with chicken added is absolutely amazing! Love the cheesy marinara with garlic parmesan twists. Best part is earning reward points and getting free food! The delivery drivers are always so nice and quickly bring our food.

Y’all are severely understaffed to be getting all that business, you need a second location perhaps. I waited over an hour just for my pizza to get put in the oven I kept refreshing the tracker wondering what’s wrong with it. Then when I finally do get my pizza, the extra spinach I paid for on my spinach & feta are not on there. Y’all didn’t even cut through it all the way so all the cheese was falling apart smh. Quality captain system ain’t working for y’all clearly if you don’t know what extra toppings look like.
