I recently picked up a large thin-crust pizza with ham and green olives from Domino’s in Winchester, and overall, it was a good experience. Ordering was easy, and my pizza was hot and ready on time. The staff was friendly and efficient, making pickup quick and hassle-free.
The pizza had great flavor—the ham and green olives complemented each other well, adding just the right amount of saltiness. The thin crust was crispy, but it still had a nice crunch without being too dry. The toppings were spread evenly, making each bite enjoyable.
For a quick and affordable takeout option, this hit the spot. I’d definitely order again, maybe with a slight tweak to the crust doneness. 4/5 stars!

It might not look like it in the picture but the pizza didn’t have enough or the extra cheese that I requested. It was missing cheese on certain parts of the pizza. Whoever cut it, didn’t cut it all the way through. Basically, I just ate mostly bread. Won’t be coming here again.

Had a Stromboli delivered the bun would bust a window out, none of the vegetables I ordered, so I took it back and waited 8 minutes while they made me another one. It was as bad as the first one. All the cheese was burnt, no green peppers or mushrooms. Had onion so never ordered. Don’t recommend you buy their sandwiches.

The employee never washed her hands once while handling pizza and would touch her nose and wipe it, she went and got more ingredients (which includes touching a door handle)came back, and started hand tossing dough. The lady with the high ponytail and lashes. We waited for 30 minutes( wasn’t no biggie, it was rush hour) but again hygiene and spread of germs!! Cmon now!

I ordered 2 sandwiches at work today for me and a coworker, I ordered at exactly 10:50am and was given an estimated delivery of 20-30 minutes. I had gotten busy with work and noticed at 11:25 we still had no food so I pulled up the dominos tracker.. it said your order was inspected for quality at 11:06. I had a previous incident where my food was mixed up with a take out order so I called to ensure it wasn’t just sitting there waiting for me, when I called I was on hold for 5 minutes, it was at this point 11:47 when I spoke to someone. a guy answered the phone and this is how the conversation went after giving him my information on my order..
EMPLOYEE: we’ve had 20 deliveries today and only a few drivers
ME: I understand and that’s fine but you shouldn’t have given me a wait time of 20-30 minutes, I would have went elsewhere so I didn’t get old cold food.
EMPLOYEE: its been under a heat lamp so it wont be cold
ME: so it’ll just be old food?
EMPLOYEE: no it just came out of the oven
ME: really? I got a notification on my phone saying it came out at 11:06. He hung up on me and I didn’t get my sandwiches until 11:57 they were in fact cold as well as old and crusty.

Got the best DOMINO experience, the manager on duty tonight is AMAZING!!!! I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF THEY HAD THEM!!!! FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE, THE BEST PIZZA IN WINCHESTER!!!! EAT YOUR HEART OUT PAPA PIZZA PIZZA, WE PLAYING DOMINOS CAPICU!!! WE DONT PLAY ANYTHING ELSE!!!

Chicken bites the size of a dime, had to hunt for them, No sauce, not worth the money. Called to complain and no offer to fix issue. Thankfully I ordered a small pizza too or dinner would have really sucked!
