Horrible yet again. No quality control. I would wait forever for a good pizza.
No one can say it can’t be done. I have done it in a worse end of town. Have some self-respect.
This completely falls on the owners and managers. It isn’t a centralized issue to here. To many places let staff dictate what rules to follow. They can steal money and product. Waste time and treat customers and staff with disrespect.
The way you create better customer experience is lead by example. Half assin isn’t a way to work.

Driver accidentally misread my handwriting on the tip portion of the receipt and overcharged me, not a huge deal.
I called and the manager was insanely argumentative, arguing about the price of the food items in my order.
She put the driver on and tried to make her deal with it, which was completely inappropriate. It’s the managers job to deal with an issue, not pawn it off on a driver.
Manager was rude and unprofessional to me and her employee.
Highly recommend going to a different dominos.

Rude staff who literally blames you or their system if they get your order wrong and does nothing to rectify it. I used to love Dominos but this place turned me off of it, especially now that there are much better pizza places in J-town.

I have ordered from here a couple of times. The pizza has been undercooked the last 2 times. The most recent order was marked delivered but wasn’t. Was told the driver was still delivering. Called back 40 mins later was told they don’t know what happened. Got the pizza 20 mins after that call and could not eat it due to not being cooked properly. Will not order from this location again.

We ordered 18 pizzas for a birthday party and the general manager was so helpful!! Our pizzas arrived right on time, the order was perfect, and they didn’t forget any of the sauces. Our driver Dawn was amazing! Thank you! 10/10

I got Nathan as my delivery driver and dude couldn’t open his mouth as I said hey man and thanks man for the pizza and dude walked away like a little kid being forced to do a chore so I recommend just go on and work somewhere else my guy for the better of you and the customers and also just pay attention to the 3.1 stars before you order

Absolutely Horrible pizza!! Customer service was even worse! If I had not paid online I’d told that lady what she could with our pizzas!! Walk-in make eye contact let them know I’m there to pick up a carry out NOTHING just ignored me 5 mins of making eye contact she’s on her cell the lady who was actually working after I get upset she lets me kno she doesn’t speak English taps the other girl on the arm hands her my order!! I’m DONE! NEVER again will go back!!! Count your days at this location
