I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a general manager in my life. My husband and I regularly order from this Domino’s, and after a mistake with our order, the general manager spoke to us with complete disrespect. He raised his voice, dismissed our concerns, and acted as though we were the problem for simply asking for the order to be corrected.
Even an employee told us the manager is “a miserable person,” which shows this wasn’t an isolated incident — it’s a pattern.
We’ve always loved Domino’s and order frequently, but we refuse to deal with someone who speaks to customers the way this manager does. He created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation, and the lack of professionalism was honestly shocking.
This needs to be addressed. No customer should be treated like that.

Pizza was 45 minutes late and I am less than one mile away from them. Pizza was cold hard and salty. The cinnamon roll’s was hard no cinnamon and cold. I would not give this food to a dog. The delivery driver was nice but …not acceptable. I was also charged 41!!!! Dollar’s for a 20 dollars order. What is happening DIxie Highway? Hard bread on a hot day anyone?

However, everything changed when they brought in a new manager named Max. He took the time to personally assist me with my order, ensuring that it was not only sufficient for my entire family but also hot and fresh upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he worked, all while making an effort to bring a smile to my kids’ faces as he prepared our pizza. Overall, my recent visit to this store was fantastic, and I am definitely planning to return. The remarkable customer service I received, particularly from Max, truly made a difference. His dedication to improving the dining experience has transformed this location into a place I can confidently recommend. I look forward to enjoying more delicious meals from here in the future.

Go anywhere but it always takes longer than the estimated time and yesterday it took over an hour and all I ordered was a single sandwich and a salad and somehow or another having over an hour to figure it out they still managed to get my order wrong do not recommend

Second time in the past month it has taken over 2 hours to receive my order for 2 medium pizzas. Even when calling them they give no explanation. Wont be coming back. Used to be quick and fresh even during busy times.
