I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this Domino’s location @ 125 s. english station rd. After placing a delivery order, I received a call from the assistant manager, Amber on 11/21/2021 @6:06pm , informing me that they were short-staffed and only had two drivers, and that delivery would take at least 45 minutes. I explained that I was already aware of the estimated time shown on the ordering site.
At that point, Amber told me the wait would actually be even longer. When my husband asked whether we could pick up the order instead, she said that pickup would take even longer than delivery. I then asked why she was calling, and she stated it was a “courtesy call,” but it quickly became clear she wanted us to cancel the order. When I asked how long it would take to receive a refund if we canceled, she told me 5–7 business days. I expressed that this was unacceptable, and her tone became rude and unprofessional. She ultimately hung up on me.
This experience was completely inappropriate for someone in a management position or anyone dealing with the public. Her behavior left me uncertain about the status of my order, and after the way the call was handled, I no longer felt comfortable with anyone there preparing my food. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope the store addresses this issue promptly. I have no idea about my money, my order or anything. Of all the pizza places around we chose this dominoes only to be disrespected and treated terribly. I will never give this store my business again, I hope Amber finds another job because it is evident that she does not want to work her nor serve the public. I want to hear from someone in upper management of this location. Also Amber called me 22 minutes after my initial order was placed.

It’s a convenient spot for a dominos and the food is always cooked right from my experience but they refuse $100 bills past 10pm or earlier and they say my dominos gift cards are invalid although they work online so I just recommend you have it paid for before you come in and ring the bell.

Will it be ready in 15 minutes? Or an hour and a half? Who knows? They sure don’t. I’ve ordered from here a handful of times and they have no clue what’s going on every single time. It took them more than an hour and a half to get my order done today, where the app said 15 minutes. Order from the Crestwood one. They’re always on top of it 🙂

I ordered 2 medium 4 topping pizzas online and when I got to the store no one was there. So I rang the bell and a guy appeared from behind the wall and I saw my 2 pizzas there. He said it would be $48 and I about fell over. 2 Dominos MEDIUM CARRYOUT $48!!!!! That’s crazy! He tried too mumble something and I just left. I have tried to get pizzas at this location before and the front door was open and no one was there. I went to Papa Johns and got 2 pizzas breadsticks and a 2 liter of mountain dew for $30.

I’ve ordered from this store 15 times maybe. The pizza is pretty good. They don’t usually put enough topping on the pizza when you ask for “extra”. The last two times I’ve ordered I went to the store at my wait time when the pizza is ready. They used to be on time or even early. Now I go there and see my pizzas are still at the prep stage. The first time this happed I was told it would be out in 5 minutes. I waited nearly 20 minutes. The second time I canceled and walked out. I did not want to wait another 15 to 20 minutes after I waited 38 minutes at home. It’s just stupid that they can’t figure out when the pizzas will be ready. I went there because it is very close to the house. Well they are not convenient if they can’t be on time. There are better pizza places that are reliable with the timing.

I have never written a bad review before in my life, but I feel like I need to because of the poor girl working there tonight. There was ONE person working on a snowy, Sunday, football night. We placed an order (it said it would be ready in 38 minutes) and showed up 45 minutes later. No one even started making it. I feel so sorry for the ONE worker at this location. She deserves a bonus for showing up to work and dealing with unpleasant people due to the lack of staff. We will stick with Papa Johns.

We have had so many issues with actually getting our pizza made-tonight we cancelled our order after waiting an hour and 15 minutes-the pizzas hadn’t even been started by the time we cancelled (it was an order for 2). It wasn’t the fault of the person working there-it was terribly understaffed with just one person working. Another time we had pre-ordered for it to be delivered for a house full of guests. After an hour and a half my husband went to pick up the pizzas to speed up the process and they still hadn’t been started. Shame on us for visiting again after that! We won’t be returning.
