I would give 0 stars if available. Not one to post a review but this was crossing the line. Ordered a 10” pizza and an order of wings at 8:58 pm and did not get a notification until 11:10 pm that Thomas was on the way with the pizza. Tried calling over 10 TIMES to cancel my order and get my refund but phone calls were never answered. Just an overall terrible experience having me wait until 11:30 with NO UPDATE for those almost 3 hours. BAD BUSINESS.

Wow! Instant regret. I haven’t had a Domino’s sandwich in a while as they did not deliver to me. The experience was very disappointing. The main ingredient was bread. I’m not sure my Philly Cheese Steak sandwich even had steak on it. Maybe a few mushrooms. Same with the other sandwiches as well. Charging more money for less toppings. These used to be delicious. I’m out!!!!

I placed an order on-line early to be delivered at 6:30. No show, I call the number on the email that was sent, it’s the call center, after 3 attempts they finally give me a number that is the store, of course that’s the number I thought I was calling to begin with. I get ahold of Kelsey or something close to that, the manager, it’s 6:50 now, she said my order is coming out of the oven now and they only have one delivery guy. I would have appreciated a text, call or email letting me know it was going to be late. I was feeding a group for a birthday party, we were spending close to $70. The manager did nothing to make us feel better, the only change was I told her to take off the $7 tip to the delivery guy since my husband had to pick it up. She did say she’d give me a $10 credit for the next time we use them, at that point I wasn’t sure if I’ll ever order from them again. Poor customer service. I’m sure the managers hands are tied, the owner of the store makes the rules, his sales will soon reflect the poor customer service. Clearly not a savvy business person.

I preordered a pizza at 9:30 am to have it delivered my noon. It’s after 1pm and still have not received my pizza. Called the store and they said it will be another 30 minutes or so. Our lunch was at noon and only an hour. Store person said she could not even give me a discount since I already got the special. So disappointed

This domino’s has seriously went downhill. I’ve given it at least 3 chances before I wrote a review. The wait for anything is hours long. Please don’t bother making any modifications on your meal. It will be ignored and made the way they want it to be made. The food never resembles the pictures. Only reason I haven’t given it 1 star is because it use to actually be good! Just poor management.

Ordered chicken bites and they were unrecognizable under a pile of burnt cheese. Pizza was cold and under cooked. Waited 2.5 hrs. I wouldn’t be surprised if this problem could be solved by offering a living wage.
