We’ve been ordering from this location for years and they r always fast fresh and hot! The food is delicious but so is the customer service. After waiting an hour the online tracker said that my order was still in prep mode. The estimated delivery time was well exceeded. I called the store and they said that it hadn’t even been baked yet and would likely take another hour to arrive because they “had a lot of orders”. I get they are busy but 2 hours to get one pizza delivered is crazy. They get 1 star for allowing me to cancel with no hassle. Wish I’d known this an hour ago

I don’t like to complain but after 4 times in a row it’s getting ridiculous. If you pay for extra sauce and extra cheese and get the same crap pizza with no sauce and crust burnt and barley enough cheese to cover the rest I would not order from this place again and that’s when I picked up my order the same thing happened when I tip 10 bucks plus pay for extra toppings they did not put on.

Haven’t had Domino’s in forever but after a long day I didn’t want the norm fast food. I ordered before I checked in to my hotel, dropped my stuff off and drove the 5 mins to pick up my food- which was ready and waiting. It was good- the pasta has Feta vs Mozzarella which is why it wasn’t melted- built my own. Bright spot was the guy at the counter. Sounded like he was the delivery guy too. For almost 11 PM he was up beat, courteous and efficient.

When walking in the place to order they always greet with a smile, make sure that they have the right info and if part of rewards they want to make sure you get the rewards for each meal, highly recommend this location the food is always hot and fresh and they double check to make sure the order is correct, they always ask if you’d like to add something but never feels forced and they even recommend what there favorites are, I had a few deliveries to me too and again the food is hot, they make sure you get you meal on time if not even sooner but still fresh very welcoming inside too, you can tell they are about team work as everyone seems to work well together and helps each other out. Definitely will be getting my pizzas, pastas, and wings as the rewards program really gets you great deals. Thank you to the employees here for doing a fantastic job.

They gave us the wrong pizza and then you could only get an automated way of telling them about your problem and they offered a coupon that they give out anyway so yeah food was still good but not what I ordered

Well I’m pretty sure you have a quality check when you cut the pizza before you put it into a box as I’ve worked at several pizza places. The quality check is literally done with your eyes. So someone decided to not care that the entire crust around my pizza was burnt black. Unless somehow you have a blind man cutting my pizza there’s literally no excuse for your laziness and deliberate neglect of the quality of my food.
