Domino’s made it right! I was happy with the response. They didn’t send me an email but they wrote a personal letter and I’ll never forget their efforts
I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for over 12 years, but this visit was disappointing. The ranch packet arrived already opened, and the buffalo wings barely had any sauce, far below the usual quality. I hope this was just an off day because Domino’s is normally much better.

I’m not sure what has changed about this store recently but the food has definitely gotten better. I still prefer the Wilson Rd location but I no longer have access to them and Knox Blvd is my local Domino’s for deliveries, so I’m kinda stuck. I was hesitant the first few times I ordered from them but it’s been a really pleasant experience. The food arrives hot, correct, and quick! The toppings aren’t all piled in the center like some places give you, it’s not burned, undercooked, or incorrect in any other way. The one time we had an issue, I called and explained and the manager, Allison, was happy to rectify the situation. I’m extremely pleased with the way this store has turned around.

I hadn’t visited this domino’s in a while, but it was on the route I was going so I order here. Order an extravaganza and one with just extra cheese. Asked for a couple crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. Was informed that would be extra so I declined. Got home and checked the pizzas. They looked a bit overcooked to me. The Extravaganza look a little light on toppings. I’ll be sure to go to my regular store on Wilson next time.

The manager TANYA is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. She fails to make corrections with her driver who often make deliveries to the wrong address. She does not enforce simple compliance of identity or billing verification when an order is delivered leading to stolen goods. She does not represent Dominos as a positive pillar in the Fort Knox/Radcliff community. As an active duty service member and long term dominos customer, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and disregard for basic values as a customer. I hope to escalate this matter with corporate and will be filing a complaint with the base immediately. I will never order from this location again as long as Tanya is a team member here.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.Hands down the worst Dominos we have come across. We have an aud kid whose comfort food is Dominos so we eat at a LOT of them. First we kept having issues with delivery so we had to switch to carry out only. Now with new staff, we keep getting issues with the pizza itself, typically wrong orders. Will be driving to a further location until we move. Absolutely disappointed in the errors that could easily be avoided.

“False Advertisement” They are advertising $9.99 pizzas unlimited toppings. It is not true, on the app you are limited to how many toppings you can add. Two pizzas for $9.99 on the receipt came up to $28.70. I tipped the driver $8.88 on the app, even though they charge a $4.75 delivery fee, and she forgot all the sauces that I paid for. Told me I can get a credit on sauces. Which feels unfair because nobody wants to eat dry parmesan bites. Or have hot wings without the sauce to cut some of the spice, the garlic to drizzle on the pizza isn’t necessary but I paid for it to enjoy it the way I want. I’m disappointed to have paid $47 for a meal that was not enjoyable. I would have been better off going to Walmart and getting a Digorno! Lesson learned, loyal customer lost.

Forgot sauce for the fifth time after ordering from here and paying for extra sauce. When asked to return it or refund money, they say they’ll bring it back and then never return and the app will not refund money either. Wasted twenty dollars on sauce atp. Don’t eat here if you don’t want dry unsauced food

Placed an order around 11am which still hadn’t arrived an hour and a half later. Called the store and was told that a 20 pizza order was placed 20mins after mine but was given priority for some bizarre reason. Mine was still coming, but had been out of the oven 15mins already. Insane to put a single medium pizza behind such a huge order as if they shouldn’t be calling that in ahead of time. The Wilson location is 100x better but unfortunately I live a few feet closer to this one for deliveries and have had multiple issues with massive delays. Just go somewhere else they don’t want your business here.

Christina is a horrible driver. When my food FINALLY arrived it was cold and missing items. Usually Domino’s is my favorite pizza place but never ordering from this store again. I’d rather drive to Elizabethtown to get my food. Disappointing
