This, this is the salad that they actually brought me to my house! When I called to complain & ask for a refund, I was told “they couldn’t do it, they’d have to refund my entire order, all they could do was give me a $7 credit to my next order” mind you, all I wanted was a refund for the salad. The salad was $8.08. When I asked how they could even let this salad leave the building, I was told, “they check dates regularly.” I worked in the food service industry for almost 12 years, just because a product has a good date, doesn’t mean the product is good!! Yes the salad had a date of 5/27, but the salad is CLEARLY not edible!

Took 14 minutes to answer the phone,. When she did, told her there was a mistake on the order. She said it was already in the oven so she couldn’t fix it. Should have answered the phone. Refused to take it off my ticket so I might as well thrown it out the window. Paid $31 for a large 2 topping pizza. Will never go there again!!!!

My wife made an order online at 10am for pizzas for a birthday party to be picked up at 12:30, at 12:30 wife gets to store to pickup the $100 order and finds they haven’t even started the order yet, tell her it will be 30min to an hour for the order to be completed. Party is to start at 1pm 20 miles away from the store. When she complains and explains she is told they can give her a refund but nothing more can be done. She steps out to car to call me and manager cancels our entire order without her agreeing to a refund even.

Ordering was easy and our pizzas were delivered promptly. We received the wrong pizza and the manager, Alexandria, was professional and sent the correct pizza plus added a dessert out to us asap. Very happy with the service and quality.

love this place, ayden clark was very respectful and had a wonderful attitude. very great employee, he’s just such a respectful young man so sometimes i go just to see him because i LOVE him that much. i love the way he handles my pizza and he makes me feel really safe. since my boyfriend died in car accident i haven’t felt really cared for but with ayden he makes me feel so valued and cared for. his soft hands make me feel so safe. sorry not to blabber on im just very enthusiastic about this topic.

As you can see from the pizza, we got a substandard one. It supposed to be pepperoni, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. Look at the lack of toppings and even cheese. 1 star is justified and especially since for what I paid I can get something even better in the area.
