Even though we “normally” order and pick up pizza several times a month and occasionally do delivery and are 7 minutes away in a straight line…. the manager says the owner changed their route and they will no longer serve us…
Well; I guess you don’t get my business anymore, nor the $10 tips, I don’t appreciate you upsetting my child…
I will now go anywhere else to avoid this store on west wortham rd in saucier ms.
Maybe “the manager ” should explain to the owners that they are losing a ton of money and there’s a problem that needs to be fixed. Maybe a they need a new manager with better communication skills.

Good pizza and great service. The only problem I have is with the app not giving you the option to purchase packets of Catalina and ranch with the pizza order. I had no problem purchasing them from the team member through the drive thru though.

I never thought we’d have a Domino’s in our little town but it’s so nice to go there & be treated like you are their neighbor or only customer. They are so professional, sweet & helpful. I have ordered food here a few times and it is always hot and delicious. When ordering from the app it tells you that your order will be ready within 15 minutes. Then you get to the store and they tell you 5 minutes then you go back in and they say 3 minutes then you go back in and it is ready on the shelf for you. They say they will bring it out when it’s ready but they are too busy to. Took over 30 minutes. I don’t believe app gives an accurate estimate on when your order will be ready.

Why do I order on the app to pick up at the window only to have to sit and wait behind a car that just ordered and is sitting at the window. I ordered so I could have a speedy process not have to wait because they aren’t telling the car to circle and come back in apparently more than 15 minutes.

I have ordered over 10 times from this place. Each time the bread bites are soggy, undercooked and flat. Causing me to drive 20 minutes back to the store. I’m leaving this review here until the place improves. Stop pushing your food through the oven to try and keep up pace. Just let it cook….
