I ordered a pizza and sandwich from this location. My food was brought to a different house. The manager was pretty nice but insisted that the food wasn’t delivered to the wrong house. I’m not sure how to show proof that I didn’t have food. I had to get in my car in the rain and go driving around my complex to see where they left it. I couldn’t find it at anyone else’s house so I went back home to find my pizza at the door step. I guess the driver came back and saw she left it at the wrong house. Everyone makes mistakes so I wasn’t mad at that. However I was mad when I opened the box and the pizza wasn’t even togather anymore the pieces were literally all aver the box. The driver must have been mad and literally shook the box up. Very disappointing .

It’s hard to believe how much the quality of Domino’s Pizza has changed for the better. They’re thin crust ultimate pepperoni is so good and they really do put a lot of pepperoni and a lot of cheese.

Didn’t rate the atmosphere because we use the drive-up window. I do t care what anyone says, we enjoy the food Domino’s offers! Sandwiches are excellent, my kids love the loaded tots, and it’s REALLY hard to screw up pizza – so there’s that.

You should pick up from this location as your order will not be correct if it’s delivered. I’ve called in 3 times and will have a 4th delivery to try and correct my original order.

The Domino’s on Washington, in OS is amazing.
Shawn, was his name I believe. I ordered using Uber eats, my order got lost on Ubers end, and this amazing person checked all other locations, confirmed my order and made sure it was right.
I was recently in a bad car wreck, and he went above and beyond to find my order, so I didn’t have to call all over town. Absolutely excellent customer service at this location. Food is always great too.

Ordered an XL pizza for pickup. Arrived at location for pickup and checked in at the counter. I paid for our pizza and was asked to take a seat as our order would be ready in about 4 minutes. There were roughly 8-10 staff members working hard and pumping the food out. A couple more customers showed up for pick-up as I was waiting, and roughly 10 minutes went by. I saw a single XL box get placed on the pickup shelf, so I waited at the counter to ask for an update, thinking it was mine. It took another 5 minutes waiting to speak to the counter person, who then grabbed that box and verified that it was mine. She asked if I had paid and who had helped me. I couldn’t find the woman who handled my order, so she seemed hesitant but gave me my box.
All-in-all, I received my pizza about 15 minutes after coming out of the oven and felt questioned as to if I had really paid for it. The pizza was good, but the confusion to receive it was uncalled for.

Cashier didn’t know the menu, thought I was getting $6.99 rake out but ended up spending $45 on 3 items. Pizzas were undercooked, borderline raw dough. Disappointed that there is no easy way to order the deals advertised.
