I used to love the pan pizzas. The last several times I have ordered one the dough has been raw. I even order it well done and it’s still gooey and raw. Tonight’s at least looked like a pizza the picture is the last time I ordered from this location a few weeks ago.

I started ordering from this Domino’s when I was visiting my Aunt, John delivered my order and was such a cool and friendly spirit, we ended up exchanging numbers so we could play call of duty afterwards and now whenever I get the notification that John is making my order I go crazy. On Saturday night/ Sunday morning, I ordered hot buffalo wings and there was a tiny line of sauce on the wings. I drove around to talk to the manager because it was unacceptable. He decided to say that his paycheck relies on the measurement of sauce and he cannot give me more sauce on my wings. I was extremely upset and he was not willing to help ease the situation.

These guys are great! Always end up satisfied from the ordering down to the delivery. They get it to you while it’s still hot and are always friendly. They don’t hesitate to call if they are out of something and are more than happy to accommodate. Been using them for 2 years and I’m finally giving them the props they deserve. Keep it up guys!! The young man working the drive thru on 04/21/2024 at the Bienville location in Ocean Springs has know form of ethical customer service skills. This is my second encounter and complaint about him. He is very rude when taking orders at the window. Well this evening I had enough since management did not take my complaint seriously. After informing him that his rude behavior would no longer be tolerated he responded ,” I refuse to serve you and proceeds to shut the window in my face.” I will be sending an email with details of incident to corporate and whom ever else I need to contact in regards to this young man’s behavior.
