We do delivery from this dominos location about once a month and it’s always been great. This time though it was absolutely terrible. My chicken alfredo container was half full with black grease spots splattered all around the edge. The 2 liter of root beer we ordered came as a sprite. The pizza was cold like hours past the eating point cold. The only saving grace was the brookies. It’s definitely made me hesitate on if I would order delivery from them again.
Follow up, I’m now a pizza hut lover and anyone reading this just switch to them cause omg. It’s my once a month pizza night and I told dominos never again especially since they never even tried to fix it. Shame on yall. So here is my follow up edit one month later yall suck dominos

So I ordered a spinach cheese bread drive down the road and there was literally one small piece of spinach throughout the entire bead. I proceeded to take a back and advised waide just refund me. Wade said ” No I’m not going to refund you with it picked through”. Yes sir when I order spinach cheese bread I expect spinach throughout the bread. How team member didn’t get her name rolls her eyes me so I responded by saying she prissing through rolling her eyes. wade again screams at me saying do not talk my team members that way but Wade allows them to roll their eyes and cuss at me. I also asked about them wearing gloves when handling ready to eat food. WADE ADVISED ME THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR GLOVES

best among the BEST. They got lots of TASTY DELICIOUS choices with random toppings. I love their thin Crust pizza. Domino’s pizza is the best when it comes to pepperoni thin crust. And of course they got the most reasonable price. Their chicken wings is one of my husband’s fave too. Yumminess beats my hungry tummy. Despite of the prices going up these days while wages remains the same, Dominos Pizza is on top of our list every time we have our weekend date or roadtrips. I never had problem with their workers or drive-thru crews too. They are well-oriented.

Will I never learn??? This has got to be the last time. I ordered a meat lovers with some modifications. It comes with one meat. I call and tell them and around an hour for them to send another one out. Now they didn’t cut the pizza. I must be stupid for continuing to let them provide me poor service. Also, what happened to “hey we messed up. I’m sorry. Here’s something extra to make it right.” I didn’t even get an I’m sorry. Dude didn’t say word after I told him what happened and hust put me on hold. The manager just “we’re going to send another out.” It’s like they just don’t care.

This is my goto order (7285 Woolmarket Rd Apt C112). The pizza we ate tonight was THE WORST I’ve had in the 13 years at this address. It arrived COLD, OVERCOOKED and DRY. It will be a while before we get that taste out of our mouths and it will be the last time we order my favorite pizza from you.
