Try to order and because my order was over 50 dollars they would not let me pay when I picked it up they said I had to pay over the phone with a card so I took my 60 dollars order to pizza hut

My order I picked up was wrong. I checked it when I got home, tried to call and let them know but they have their calls forward to a call center. And if the call center tries to patch you in to the store, the call disconnect. So, make sure you get the right order at the drive thru because if it’s wrong you won’t be able to call and have it resolved, you will have to drive back to the store and MAYBE get your order fixed. I’m disappointed in you Domino’s – Bay St Louis

Ordered online. Charged extra $1.75 to change the red sauce to the garlic Parmesan. Charged extra $1.00 to change the red sauce to bbq on another pizza. Arrived at drive up window 20 minutes later and was told it would be about 17 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes after the estimated time, we got the pizza. Two pizzas did not have the garlic sauce on the crust. One pizza had pepperoni instead of sausage. One pizza not cut at all. One pizza cold. No paper plates available. No compensation or apology offered. Very disappointing location.

Long story. This dominos consistently disappoints me every time I visit. They take too long, cancel pickup orders when it’s time to pick them up, the employees are rude at pickup windows and don’t wear name tags or tell their names for reviews even after being asked for employee names they refuse to give and are very unprofessional.
