Its’s been an hour and a half since I placed my order and the driver is 5 miles further north of me than the store. Tried to call for help, and couldn’t reach anybody who had any idea what was going on.

Ordered delivery and I had missing items. No problem, Michael said he would get the items and come back. We waited 30min before calling the store the FIRST time. They said he was on his way to us. We waited another 25min before calling again. Then was told we would get a $5 credit when we were missing about $10-$15 worth of items. We asked for a refund and was told they would have someone come pick up the pizza in about an hour and could get a refund if all the slices were still there. I worked for Dominos when I was 17/18 and my manager would’ve had a fit if a customer had received service like this from our store. Solely team pizza hut from now on.

I love pizza but I absolutely hate this store. The workers are very rude, especially the manager. There is always something wrong with my order every single time I order. Last time I placed an order I was in the parking lot. I like to order from my app because I get points. It said my order would be ready at 3:46. I placed the order at 3:36. I drove to the window to let them know I was there. She said it was in oven pull around to back window and wait. A guy finally came to back window at 4:10 and asked my name. He went checked and of course my order had been ready. I received my order at 4:11. It wasn’t even hot. I emailed customer service because like I said I hate dealing with this store because the manager is so rude. I still haven’t heard from the customer support. It’s been 2 weeks now. Poor service, poor management, poor customer support. Shame on Domino’s.

When you go in person and order a $7.99 large one topping carry-out deal, this store manager ? feels that it is appropriate for them to change order to a medium without even telling you. We usually do a pizza Friday every month at the shop. Supervisor hands me a bill and says get whatever yall want. Usually end up ordering 8 or so pizzas, and its always good. Make sure you ask to be transferred to the actual store when you call, or else you’ll have to explain everything 8 times to al Karim in India about the order, and it gets botched
