I have been ordering from this Domino’s for about 7 months now. Every time I have picked up my order, there have been zero problems. This also includes delivery. I just want to day thanks for the amazing service.

When I walked in the blonde female behind the register didn’t even look up and acknowledge my presence even after I said hello, so I just kind of stood there awkwardly until someone behind her helped me. I ordered pepperoni cheese bread but got regular cheese bread. The cheese bread had way too much garlic seasoning on it so it was the only thing I could taste.

Update, the lack of supervision is obvious. On march 22 it has taken them over 30 min to make a thin crust pizza. Finally got it after an hour.

3/31/2025: This location is BS. They always short you on toppings. Now, they are also lying to their customers. Tried to order pizza and wings using the 2 or more for 6.99 coupon and it wouldn’t go through on the app. Had to call the store to order, and they told me wings aren’t available with that coupon for over a year. That’s odd, because I just made this exact same order on April 25, 2025. She tells me the only wings they offer now are six boneless cut in half with, “just a little bit of toppings.” Seems shrinkflation has reached our local Domino’s finally. This will probably be my last time ordering with Domino’s. I tried giving them benefit of the doubt too many times now. I’m just done with their BS. Do better.

We recently had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza that I feel compelled to share. My husband (Jon Wilson) placed an order at 6:34 PM, and after what felt like an eternity of waiting, he became concerned about the status of the delivery.
When he called Domino’s to inquire about the order, he was met with silence on the line for a frustrating five minutes before anyone responded. After waiting for over an hour, he called back at 7:50 PM and finally reached a representative who informed him that the pizza would take another 30 minutes for delivery, which meant we would have been waiting nearly two in half hours in total.
At that point, he decided to go pick up the order himself. Upon arrival, he asked the staff if we could receive a discount since the pizza had obviously been sitting for an extended period and was likely cold. The response he received was less than satisfactory. After processing the payment, the employee informed him that she had removed the delivery charge, as if that was a significant gesture. Of course, she did—because he had to pick it up himself!! Ultimately, he was offered a mere $4 discount, which hardly compensated for the inconvenience and poor service we had experienced.
We finally were able to sit down and enjoy our microwaved pizza at 8:16pm. I included a time-stamped photo of the “Est Order Ready: 6:49pm” & the time we began eating.
Given the lack of communication, the extended wait time, and the inadequate resolution to my concerns, I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. This experience was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

They do not wear gloves when building your pizzas. 3 different workers inside, all touching dough, toppings, cheese, the computer mouse, money and all without wearing gloves or washing their hands.

The last 3 orders we have made online took more than 2.5 hours to get to us. They don’t answer when you call, you can’t get money back on orders, etc. it is run by children.
