I went to get 2 simple chicken habanero sandwichs. I asked for them to put habanero sauce on the sandwich and the young man cutting the pizza asked if I wanted it on the top of the sandwich. I said no it goes in the sandwich. And it went down from there. He started getting ugly with me saying I insulted him and I never got ugly with him at all. I don’t appreciate being yelled at by an employee and would never insult someone like he did me. Even though I love the sandwichs I will never go back to this one.

So we wanted to do pizza for our dinner tonight and came to an agreement on Dominoes because we said flavor wise ment more than savings! Well were we wrong…. When my husband got home with our $42 order and I opened the boxes I said damn dominoes is dropping the ball, then after I looked at the pizza I got for our kids, I was pissd… there was no dip cups at all for our cinnamon bread and I’m sorry but the icing is what makes that great! Very disappointing

I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and philly cheese tots. I was not impressed with them. The sandwich had onions (nobody puts onions on a buffalo sandwich) and not enough sauce and chicken. The onions on the philly cheese tots were not sautéed as they are supposed to be, and there was VERY LITTLE meat.
The employee was VERY nice, and they got it out quickly.

I frequent this Domino’s and the service is always so good and friendly. On occasion, I take my puppy with me when I go through the drive thru and the last time I went, the drive thru worker addressed and gave him multiple compliments. No other restaurant has done that. I know it’s not part of their job to do so but when they addressed my puppy, he got so excited. I will definitely be going back.

I feel like I’m on Saturday night live everytime I order. From a psycho delivery guy , to burnt pasta. Card charged 2 and once 3 times. And tonight the nail in the coffin – online ordering to use bonus points and the checkout did not complete but took the points. After 4 calls to the store Johnathan the manager says “yeh I don’t know how that can be fixed. He also doesn’t know who I should I contact. They are the WORST! And expect LARGE tips. G

I moved within delivery range 172 days ago and started online ordering delivery and pickup. I liked the points system where we could earn free pizzas and side orders. But I’ve had points mysteriously disappear twice and expire once in that time period. Points are supposed to be good for 180 days. I placed a $60-70 order around the first of the month. I had 40 points a day or two before then. Now I have 30 with no redemptions. I’ve decided to give Domino’s a break and placed my last couple orders with a competitor down the street. You guys need to update your website and get things running better. It’s a major turn off to build up these bonuses just to see them vanish into thin air. Edit 4-9-2024: I followed up with the owner after they replied and left their email. And I still haven’t heard a word back. It’s been a couple months. I’ve been giving their competitor down the street my business.

Everything has improved since my original review. I just got a perfect order. Their website has been revamped. I’m really pleased and have upgraded my review to a 4 Star. Todays order was a 5 Star. But I have to even it out with the previous problems. I’ll definitely be ordering from them more often!

This place makes pizza in a very bad way. This is on of the better ones we have gotten from here. A brand new building and crap pizza. Do yourself a favor don’t get pizza from here.

Because my order total was over $50, I had to give my card number over a cell line.
(Do NOT like doing so!!!)
It VERY much delayed my order, and all for $3 above your limit.
ALSO
This service put me on HOLD to “verify” my order, or so she said, because clearly she got my order wrong, and we told her at least three times EXTRA CHEESE ON BOTH PIZZAS!
By the time she FINALLY Said, she was placing out order, we had driven across town, and were almost at the store. This meant we had to sit in the parking lot 20 minutes, which we were trying to avoid, by calling ahead.
Then, we pull up to the window, and it took them another eight minutes to hand us our Pizzas.
All VERY SLOW SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS!
I’ve ordered these two exact Pizzas many times before, they were never over $50.
This service didn’t offer any Specials you might have had.
She merely asked, did I have a coupon.
When I call to order, I want the person on the other end to Actually be at this location and be knowledgeable and efficient.!
