Service and quality has gone down recently. The hwy 80 store opened up and both are producing poor quality food and slower service. Everyone gets it you are busy, but you still have to pick up the phone and deal with your customers. Canceling orders and not picking up the phone is poor management poor customer service.

Jacob was the absolute best! He was so patient and kind! The world needs more Jacob’s in it and he definitely deserves a raise! I wish you guys would deliver to Northshore!!!! He is literally taking orders inside and at the drive through and even finding time to bring orders out to those waiting and doing it all with a smile!

Food has been very bland the hand tossed lately has been very thin and not the same for the past week . Cheese doesn’t taste right no garlic crust . At least warn customers on the site when ordering . The dough has been by far the worst pizza dough I’ve ever had . I love this place go almost every week for my family they have been good with service food and everything but for the last week awful without any warnings.

So disgusted with Domino’s!!! I ordered pizza and was starving, I started eating in the car before i got home, put the pizza in the fridge and when I finally looked at the pizza there was a fly that had been baked into my pizza just laying there burnt to a crisp! I could have even that pizza!!! It was the next slice to be eaten just so happened I looked at the darn thing. I called the store back and she was nice and asked did I want them to remake it??? Ughhh no I will never eat at your store again.. Im very very disappointed. She then told me I can come to the store to get a refund and when I get there, the lady I talked to was not there, but the manager that was in the store was very rude and could care less. She did not even come out to talk or apologize she just let her employees run back and forth passing messages, so unprofessional!!!

This place is the worst. I did an online order, I picked up at the window. I noticed the employee gave me my pizza very carefully. The box wasn’t hot. After I laid it on the seat I heard it move around. I opened the box and it looked like it had been peiced together off of old orders. It was cold and hard and looked as if it some of it had been eaten. I called back the employee knew exactly who I was and offered a new pizza. That tells me it wasn’t a mistake, it was intentional. Went back to get it and it had no sauce on it. If I could rate Castlewood Domino in Flowood MS a -10 I would. Worst experience ever.
