My experience at Domino’s Pizza was pleasant. From the time I walk through the front door of Domino’s, I was greeted with great customer service. Plus, I didn’t had to wait for a table. The Cashier and the rest of the staff members was very friendly and polite. Also, the Atmosphere wasn’t too loud or too nosey. I would recommend any of my friends and family members to eat at Domino’s.

Pizzas are tiny. $30 for 2 medium pizza and a ugly looking salad. Medium pizza is like 11inches.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. So we ordered a thin crust pacific veggie pizza with additional toppings. We also ordered garlic parmesan wings. Got home looked in the boxes and this is what we received. I included the pics of what it should have looked like vs what we actually received. That chicken does not look like garlic parmesan and the pizza is missing the main ingredients. True, we did not check it before we left the premises (hwy 61S Vicksburg), however, a customer still expects to receive the food that was ordered. I’m just saying.

That new Philly Cheese Steak pizza is probably the best thing on that menu. I am not a fan of pizza but my daughter wanted to eat pizza. So we order one each and since I don’t eat pizza, I decided to try the Philly. That was a good move. If you have not tried it, you need to go and get one.

I purchased a DOMINO’S PIZZA CARD from a student at one of the schools fundraising activities, and I haven’t been able to use it. The DOMINO’S PIZZA place I visited about 40 miles from where I live said they don’t honor those cards, and they were the only DOMINO’S PIZZA in that city❗️It’s very upsetting and disheartening because I supported this Fundraiser with 25 of my hard-earned dollars from the understanding that I could use it. I placed an order from my cell. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bell peppers and onion . Said be ready in 13 minutes. Well when I got it wasn’t even started and I didn’t get my bell peppers and onions on it. The workers were NOT weary gloves at all. . When I placed the order the total was $14.55 but when I got there the price was $21.15. The man said when I paid at the store the price was was different. The pizza was kinda on the burnt side. This is insane pizza completely burnt they blew my phone up but when I tried to call back they don’t answer it’s funny they guarantee their pizza or your money back guess I’ll have to contact corporate to get anything done. Threw my burnt pizza in the trash the dog wouldn’t even eat it that’s bad.

I have ordered from Domino’s on numerous occasions. It literally seems like each time that I order a pizza from Domino’s it gets worse I didn’t think it could. But it did. Here’s my grievances. First I pay $26 for a pizza that’s not counting tip I know I like meat toppings I know I’m paying for it but still I’m paying $26 for a pizza I’m not even going to go into the complete details of the last deliveries of ordering a pizza and ordering a soda but the soda never shows up, dipping sauces, their answer was well just come up here to the store and get it. If I wanted to go up to the store I would have shown up in the first place. Secondly it’s your job to be professional hand out what a person orders and what they pay for. Tonight took the cake. Maybe I torment my own self by sitting there and watching the app but it took them over 10 minutes just to quote “Quality check it”. Next comes the text message that my driver is 4 minutes out. 20 minutes later he’s here. Whenever I opened the pizza box the available picture or pictures will show what I was in for. Whenever I called and complained that the pizza was burnt (GREAT QUALITY CHECK THERE!)I was told well bring it back up here and we’ll give you a new one. I answered if I wanted to go up there and get it I would have went up there myself the first place not had it delivered and paid for said delivery charge. I was told our delivery driver has multiple pizzas to deliver he’s our only available driver have a good night and hung up on. Needless to say I am done ordering from Domino’s. I work too hard for my money to be treated that way
