I would not recommend anyone order from this Dominos ever. There were multiple issues with the delivery of my order on January 11 at 9 PM. The manager was sassy and unhelpful, and instead of handling the situation on his own, put the responsibility off on the delivery person, showing he has little class solidarity and is not looking out for other employees. By the time my order finally came around an hour and a half later, it was the wrong pizza. Attempting to call the restaurant afterward did not work, as I got constantly rerouted to the call tree.

The pizza was just as I ordered. The reason for 3 stars is because Carside delivery failed and I had to go into the store. I followed all the directions but when I arrived we waited ten minutes and no one ever came out. Usually I choose carside delivery when I have my babies in the car and I can’t leave them in the car alone or haul them an pizzas at the same time. I want alone today so I was able to go inside.

2nd time we ordered and pizza was delivered over an hour after it came out of the oven…no way to contact the store to complain! ordered 2 medium specialties, received 2 small specialties…grumpy driver who ran off with my receipt…will not order from this particular establishment ever again!!! for eleven years we’ve been ordering from this place and management cannot keep drivers. I need a refund or I need 2 medium pizzas and I need a viable telephone number to call and complain!!! the city of Canton needs to close you down!!!

I’ve been trying to give this place a chance. The pizza is always skimpy with very little toppings. But the thin crust pizza I ordered today was hard as a brick wall. This place is a complete mess. You’ll do better going to Hunts Brothers at the local gas station.

Put In an order online, and it told be it would be done in about 40 minutes. In 40 minutes though, the web page hadn’t updated at all so I called the shop and spent 5 minutes ringing with no answer. Then I tried again, and someone finally answered only to tell me that they were only just now putting the pizzas in the oven. I got their about 25 minutes later, and they still hadn’t finished my pizzas. The end product wasn’t bad, but having to wait almost 2 hours for a meal and having to stay on top of the employees just to get it completed is more hassle than it’s worth.

On 7/27/24 I ordered 2(2)topping pizzas from this place.Well half of one of my pizzas had no meat toppings at all only cheese. When I returned it to the manager he acted dumbfounded and tried to check me about their mistake! He said that i had a attitude! Well sir after explaining
to you several times the issue then I was beyond frustrated with you.Had I ordered a cheese pizza that would’ve been different. The loud music and profanity coming from the manager and staff is out of control!!! I sat in the lobby while my pizza was being redone and when it was ready the manager asked another customer to tell me my order was ready instead of being professional about it and telling me himself. Coporate need to step in NOW!

Stay away horrible 3 pieces of chicken per serving of the chicken Alfredo no Alfredo sauce we threw it in the garbage. They were out of Salads had to cancel most of our order
