Editing to add that I did email this same information per the owner response below, but I believe that is just for show because they never reached out to me.
Ordered while working from hotel, driver, Kayla?, refused to bring to my room (not against hotel policy), had to stop working/meeting to go down and pick up order. Was told by her when she called me to come down that they don’t bring to room, but when I asked in person she stated she was too busy to bring up because she had another delivery. Spoke with mgr, Will, who said it just depends on hotel how they deliver and he was busy and did not have time to check into this if I got my order. Very unprofessional, which is a shame because the food was good, but I will not order from here again.

My husband ordered a pizza via the app at 8:10. Waited in line at the pickup window for 20 min before even reaching the window (where the car in front of us finally just honked and drove off from having no one come to the window). Finally get someone to come to the window, and then the app proceeds to tell us it’s just now being put in the oven as we sit there. Sometimes the app is wrong, so we hope for the best. Then, a girl comes to the window and tells us it will be 3 min that it just got put in the oven. My husband just simply made a statement about it taking so long to be put in the oven and the girl cops an attitude and says “we’re doing the best we can.”
So we pull around to the front and my husband goes in. The same girl with an attitude proceeds to put my husband’s pizza on the “ready” rack with my husband standing right there, clearly on purpose. My husband has to wait another 5-10 minutes before it actually was put in his hands by another employee. Just unprofessional to say the least. I understand they get backed up with lots of orders, but there’s a way to handle things, and all that behavior does is bite you in the behind down the road.

I pulled up to the window and waited several minutes. A worker peeked twice around the corner then disappeared. I had to CALL the store, while at the window to get him to wait on me! But the pizza was excellent!

Got the wrong order. When I got home and checked it, it was the wrong pizzas. When I called it took 10 minutes to get someone to answer then was told I had to bring them back. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store just to have to wait another 15 minutes for my food to get made. Wasted gas to come back to get my order that yall messed up, and only got them remade.

So, I ordered a New York style Philly. Add tomatoes, jalapenos, banana peppers, and extra cheese. My toppings weren’t put on, and as can be seen in the picture what was there was so thin almost translucent. It was more like a flatbread than a pizza. They did offer to remake or give a coupon. I quit ordering from them about two years ago for the same reason. I figured maybe things have changed. Nope, the quality of food is trash. They informed me the manager made my food, so that says enough.

Everytime ive gone to this Dominoes I have problems I ordered online the last time I got food from here waited 30 minuites got a notification my food was ready and when I arrived they told me they will start making it right away. Today I went and ordered a cheese bread with bacon after waiting much longer then the estimated time I arrived only to receive a cheese bread with no bacon and when I returned to have my food remade they took the original cheese bread told me to wait about 7 minuites. 20 minuites later I receive my cheese bread. This service is completley ridiculous.

Ordered pizza, wings, and a 2-liter. The wings barely had sauce and the pizza was as thin a thin crust, I ordered extra cheese and it doesn’t look like extra was added, only thickness was the edges. Very unhappy with the quality my order tonight.

Overall decent experience. I placed my order online with the app and placed the order around 15 minutes prior to pulling into the parking lot. Upon arrival I learned that they hadn’t even placed my pizza or parm bites into the oven yet. So I had to wait another 20 minutes even though it only takes a pizza 10 to cook. Also the guy at the window was a bit rude. Told me he was going to go check on my “shit” and see if its done yet. Looked like alot of grab asking was taking place while I was waiting for my pizza to cook. Lastly. When did the large size pizza become the same size as a medium pizza? Thats a bit ridiclious. Even with a coupon code I spent 30 bucks and got a medium instead of a true “large” pizza. But overall taste was bland at best
