Ordering dominos yesterday was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a while. Me and my gf placed our orders online. We ordered separately online at the same time. About a hr later, my individual pizza was finally ready. Hers was not. The store was backed up so we could kinda understand that. Another 30 minutes passed and it still was not ready. We overheard one worker tell another that her pizza had been ready a while ago, so i’m sure he ended up giving it away. After waiting a while longer I tried to explain to one of the workers that our pizza had been given away and that we just ranted a refund. We showed him our order number but he insisted there was nothing he could because he couldn’t see our order on the computer. Also, I get that the store was busy, but I feel that the workers created a tense environment by how much they were arguing. It was very hard to ignore. On top of this, my pizza did not have enough sauce, the crust was hard, and it was not properly cut. And I actually ate a slice in store a few minutes after I got it, so this was not due to me waiting a while to eat it. Overall, this place is terrible and I recommend you go anywhere else to get pizza in this town.

Domino’s is back. Delicious stuffed crust pizza. Told the girl my name, then stood there for 10 minutes watching my pizza get cold on the shelf. A guy came and I told him my name and he went and got my pizza. Don’t go inside to pick up your order, just go to the drive through window. Trust me it’s faster.

Please don’t order here. Pizza half done. No favor and when you grab a slice of pizza you’re tearing the whole pizza apart. Never eating here anymore. Called the store to speak with the manager and she told me that I had a credit on my number, called back days later and no credit was attached to this number. Order messed up, yet again. XL 16″ Brooklyn Style pizza was only 12″ diameter in a 14″ box, with the wrong crust. I called to get it corrected but the employee told me that they were out of XL boxes and that the Brooklyn crust is now garlic-seasoned. I picked up another order at the same time, which had ordered a garlic crust but had what might have been an attempt at a Brooklyn…
Next time: do better and listen to the customer.

Today we ordered a cheese and bacon pizza and a spinach feta cheese bread and the bread came packed full of jalapenos that we didn’t order. We live almost 45 minutes away so we didn’t see it until we got home, almost 45 minutes away.

I have had to call and get my order changed from carry out to delivery for the past 17 years. I have been doing this since I’ve worked there when I was 22. That is when this place opened. Tonight I called to change an order from carry out to delivery and the woman on the phone told me that she couldn’t do it. She said she did not have the code nor the authority. Maybe she was new but she was poorly trained and so my review went down a star. Honestly, I miss the old owner because he stayed on top of everything and he’s probably the best franchisee that I have ever gotten the opportunity to witness first hand.

I’m from Vancouver, BC and I had wonderful service from everyone. The pizza and sides were the best we’ve had and far better than ours at home. We’ll be back before we leave to try some more sides we don’t have.

I mistakenly and ordered 2 cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. So I sent my daughter back there to correct the order like I did one other time. Some manager woman gotten smart with my daughter and said she couldn’t do it for me. When she told her that, the same thing had happened before she said….Im the manager today with an attitude. People like that don’t need to be working with people. I hope she knows how to treat her next customer if they have a problem.
