I order deliveries from here a couple times a month. an I noticed the food quantity gets worse an worse… the jalapeño pineapple chicken i always order is like 4 bites!!! But costed me 7 dollars for it… same with the tots… one day its a full box worth the next time im lucky if I get 5 or more bites… cant even make it shareable unless im feeding toddlers…

I understand that this place needed to fill the roster for employment to open the place but they could’ve at least trained their very young personnel on how not over cool, burn or leave sitting out to harden before giving to the customer (pizza) or anything they serve for that matter. This is our second try at this location and it was a crash and burn. Literally! Every time! Not a single adult in that building! Not a single one of them with cooking or baking experience. And it shows. I absolutely LOVE DOMINOES to the fullest! But this place in Ripley, MS will waste your money, time and appetite. They don’t care how they serve the food to you nor if you return. I don’t know how they’re getting customers still because the employees and management dropped the ball on this one BIG TIME. I’ll drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to another Dominoes or just go to Marcos in Corinth than go another night of disappoint for wasting over $50 for absolutely nothing I want to eat… No thank you

This crew is friendly and its obvious they work so hard bc I have never had to wait long on my pizzas. They are ready when i get there, always fresh, and they taste amazing. My order is always right! My favorite pizza and lucky for me it’s in my town!

We got 2 large specialty pizzas with a coupon for $14.99 each if we got 2 or more. They were made perfect by the very friendly staff and we only waited about 15 minutes. We stopped there just before 3pm so they were not very busy. Definitely will be back.

Placed an order at 8:10 pm for my bf a pizza for his lunch at 10 at Ashley. Asked the girl I spoke with when I placed the order if they would be able to deliver at 10:00 because he wouldn’t have time to come get it, she replies, “yes, we will.” At 10:03 I started calling because the pizza still wasn’t there and we had already paid for it. His lunch is over at 10:30. I called back to back for an hour straight other than the one time I called New Albany to see if they could reach out. Needless to say, it’s 11:10, they are closed, and he still doesn’t have his pizza. Will NOT be returning!

We were excited to see a Dominos open closer to us than Corinth or Booneville. On their opening weekend we ordered a few pizzas through their app. The “Pizza Tracker” showed our pizza being ready for pickup. When I went inside I waited in line and asked for our order. Turns out they hadn’t even started preparing it. When I got it home I discovered it wasn’t even prepared correctly, 3 regular pizzas when I ordered 3 extra cheese double meat (they sure charged me for the extras). All of us had stomach problems after eating it. A few weeks later we tried again… This time they left my wife waiting 30 minutes for her order that was sitting on a shelf getting cold.
I’ve since noticed it has sat closed with the lights off every time I’ve driven past it. I take it this wasn’t an isolated experience.
