I placed a order Friday night for 2 pizzas priced @ $7.99 for 3 topping. I got two disgusting unleveled pies can you really mix thin crust with hand tossed cause that’s not what I ordered. Not to mention they didn’t honor the coupon once I got there to pay. Plus it was gross and sweet the other pie is being trashed throw the location away as well.

Awful service. I tried to place an order they said they needed a card or they would not accept my order I said I was going to pick up and pay cash but they still demanded they needed a card number when I asked to speak to a manager they acted like they couldn’t hear me and when I would speak to them they repeatedly said could you repeat that various times.. very bad service why pay with card when you can pay cash up front and when another family member tried to order the same thing they gave a totally different price. Rude and ignorant.

Ordered online through the mobile app and drove to the restaurant when the app notified me that my order was in the “baking” stage. The staff at the restaurant had no record of my order at all but when I showed them the order confirmation on my mobile phone, they were able to find my order and get it started. I have no idea why the app notified me that my order was in the oven but the staff couldn’t find my order when I went to pick it up. Also have no idea why they didn’t have my order in their system but they were able to find it when I gave them my receipt confirmation number from the receipt on my mobile app.

I placed an order online. It should of been ready within 20 minutes, but it wasn’t ready . I was asked to pull up front. There was a little girl behind the counter! The workers are not wearing gloves. One of the workers is eating while behind the counter! Staff hair is not tied back or in a hair net. I was so disgusted, I asked for a refund.

Horrible location! Their service is always poor here. Your order is rarely correct. They have very poor customer service skills. I placed a carryout order for the pick-up window and was in line for 25 minutes. The employees ignored me at the window. BEWARE: THEY WILL GIVE YOUR PAID FOR ORDER AWAY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks and the brownie dessert at 834pm last night. I finally called the store, which is about 6 minutes from my house, at 10pm. I was informed the drivers had just showed up and I would get my order soon. I received a text at 1003 claiming our driver was in the neighborhood. 1015, nothing….I tried to call the store and got disconnected repeatedly. The driver finally shows up at 1030. No apology, no nothing. Pizza was lukewarm, browies were hard. I will NEVER order from thus location again!!
