While the service is always 10/10, i just don’t understand what the cooks problem is with some food items. The wings & cheesy bread specifically have not been right the last few orders. Pizza is always great, but thats about it lately.

I know I fell in love with this place. My son is non- verbal and got an award for a free pizza and was so excited. We went in and he was waving his award. Stacy was the one that got to take our order. She made him feel so special and let him order his self. I was gonna order with it and Stacy said mom I’m gonna let him have a order by himself since he got this amazing award. She had him smiling so big and made him feel like she understood him. I’ve never had anyone make my son feel so special and took their time with him like she had. Domino has found a diamond and needs to take care of her so they don’t lose someone sk special and connects with customer like she did

I go in here once or twice a week. and the employees are amazing BUT… The manager Lora is so mean and rude to her employees. she always yelling at them when they really didn’t do anything to be yelled at. The other day I called to hear the specials and see what was new and the girl I was on the phone with said they had an amazing deal for a large one topping. Then she said sorry let me see if we still have that deal before I go into detail. it sounded like she covered the phone I heard her say Lora and Lora yelled WHAT and the girl was still being nice and asked if they still had a 6 something deal. I heard Lora yelled I don’t know! A manger not knowing the deals is crazy but expects her employee to know it all. I haven’t been back since. Every time I in there and she the manager she yelling. there is another manger that is red headed and she always been amazing with her employees no matter how busy they are with her she is talking to the employees making like a training moment. this is the only way I know to complain about a manager and it be noticed. You need to have more manger like the red headed one. Domino’s I am disappointed in you. I used to always come here for my eat out but I will be finding a new place til that Lora is moved to a different dominos. I am not the only one I have heard complain on her. I buy pizza for my employees once a month and have my worker pick it up sometimes and she hates going when Lora is working. so not only will I be going somewhere else for my personal business I will be finding another place for my employees month lunch also. do better!!

The reason I’m taking the time to give this Domino’s location a high rating is because of the way I was treated by the staff. I walked in at about 11:20pm Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the girl who works there. When I asked if they were still accepting orders the young man said, “Absolutely. What can we do for you?” I had no coupons or anything but he told me how I could save a few bucks by combining a couple of items and he gave me some sort of deal.
I chose to wait outside in my car and the same guy who took my order brought it out to me instead of waiting for me to come back in.
This is the kind of customer service that is sorely lacking these days but this crew seems to get it. Treating your customers well and going a little bit above and beyond for them is what it takes to earn repeat business.

I was there tonight during the busy time. They were so busy that the wait was awhile. But the girl the checked me out I think her name was Stacy. She made it so much better she was sweet, made sure I had the best deal and checked on everyone who was waiting all the while she was running back and forth to drive thru and front counter doing it all. She was a rockstar and if every place had someone like her who you can feel that she really cares. It would make the world better. She wore me out watching here do everyone orders. The manager was going back and forth to making pizza to cutting and you could see that her and Stacy work amazing together. If I could give the manager and Stacy 10 stars I would.

We just moved to Livingston. And was looking for a place to eat. I saw the reviews and went in with my family. Stacy happened to be the girl who helped us yesterday. She was amazing. My mother didn’t want pizza, Stacy took her time to go over everything they had and telling us about coupons to help with different items. I agree with the other reviews. Stacy goes above and beyond. She is a great addition to domino’s. My mother, who is a picky eater, wAnts to come back today. We hope Stacy is working. Dominos take care of that girl. You have someone who is making dominos feel welcoming and is adding great personality to your place. She makes it 100 times better. Her country hospitality is so comforting. Way to go domino’s finding an amazing girl. I don’t write reviews but I look at them. I felt like I had to let everyone know about how amazing my experience was.

I’ve been going to Domino’s since it open. I stopped for a little while then when I started going back there was this worker called Stacy, she made my experience so much better. She has it been there the past couple times I was there, I asked what happened to her they said that she was sick and in bad shape I said well what is Domino’s doing for this the girl said well she keeps her job come on Domino’s I know you guys are better than that take care of your workers when they’re down that’ll make you want to come back and do so much better I’m very disappointed if Domino’s is not helping their workers when they’re out of work and in need

I was looking up the info for corporate to fuss about the young girl manager. Then I saw the comment about Stacy. i walked into the store to asked about the app and asked how to work it and Stacy went above and beyond. She went over everything that I could do and tell me about the points I could earn. She helped me download, it helped me set it up. I sit down to look at it and Stacy said once I know what I would like to let her know and she would help. Someone came in and Stacy was very sweet and said let her help the customer that walked in and she would be back. I walked to the counter and a girl came up and ask my name I told her I was trying to use the app to order and she said that she couldn’t help with app and they cannot help with points. I said ok and started to try and order on my phone. Once Stacy was done with customer she came up showed me how to order and I asked what the girl meant about not helping with points. She explained it and said if the app ever not works to call and they would do what they could to help with a coupon if they have it. I just wouldn’t receive the points that I would if I done it online. I asked who the girl was that came to the counter and she said she was a manager and if I would like to talk to the manager. I am so blessed that Stacy was there cause the way the young girl made me feel I would have walked out but Stacy went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome and helped me. I’m trying to remember the girl name that was rude but I cannot remember.

We stopped for lunch today and this order from Livingston was the BEST dominos experience we’ve had in years, from any location. The young people at the counter (about 1pm on 9/5/25) were kind and responsive, they literally made our food with love and intention. The toppings were all placed nicely, nothing seemed rushed. Great experience!

Service is great! Food is always delicious with one exception for us, the sausage. We eat sausage regularly but the kind used on Domino’s pizza causes us to have indigestion. It’s happened to me and my family several times now (we live about 15mins away and eat it as soon as we arrive home). Hoping it’s replaced for another brand… until then, no sausage for us. The manager was quick and caring with her response to this review.
