They most of the time do perfect pizza but once in the last order they have provided a beef pizza although we ordered chicken pizza and we don’t eat beef at all.
Therefore after coming to home while consuming trying to eat the pizza we found meat other than chicken and we immediately call them and they said sorry and provided a replacement with chicken pizza but I suggested them to be more concerned about this as some people have restrictions on some specific meat items. Thank you

After our first order got botched, we called Amanda, the GM. She went above and beyond the call of duty, absolutely 110% customer service oriented, to make sure we were satisfied. IMO that girl needs a raise, we’d definitely order from there again!!

Cannot get a marinara cup with your cheese bread anymore. Was not warned beforehand and cannot order just a marinara cup because it doesn’t meet the $12 delivery fee. Something like this should be posted on your website for people who have ordered their for so long and always gotten a marinara cup with their cheese bread. Way to lose customers with one simple to fix error. At least Papa John’s still gives you a free cup of garlic with every Pizza and no extra charge.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had!! The oven was cooking so fast that the dough was still raw and the toppings weren’t even hot. Then I paid $10 for boneless bar b sue wings and got the other picture. When you opened the box a bad odor came out of the box. And the size of the wings for the price don’t even have the words to describe it. Gave them a 1 star because the breadsticks were the best part of the meal. Even the girl workings the register needs some lessons on customer service. Very rude, didn’t give us our receipt and we told her we’d be waiting at in our car right in front of the window. Food was never even brought to us like we were told it would be. She even told us 25 minutes and my son went in and found out it had been sitting there for awhile.

Im just annoyed, I got off a graveyard shift and was excited to get some pizza, saw it opened at 10am per the Google hours, get there and they don’t start serving till 11am. I get it, prep, getting stuff set up but it doesn’t open at 10am it opens at 11am the hours are extremely misleading. Normally I don’t care but i was really looking forward to that pizza 🙁
