Had a slight hankering for some pineapple pizza and checked online and this location is running a fantastic deal. Expecting under par quality I was shocked when I got the text saying my order was ready 11 minutes after ordering. When I got to the location I was openly greeted by a lively crew and handed my meal which consisted of a medium pizza, pasta primavera and Philly Steak loaded tots. Every single item was delicious and the price unbeatable. The ingredients, the temperature, the assembly all of it was unbelievably good. As far as Fast Food chains go this one’s definitely good.

Tried to use app to place order. Got to store 30mins later. Was told that it would be 45 mins before my order would be started. I think they could have called everyone who placed an order that this happen to. I was not alone.

Ordered a Caesar salad and primavera pasta. Got a tossed salad and Alfredo pasta. When I called to explain to a manager I was told “we are busy can you call back in an hour” then hung up on. So, my review for Dominos in Milan, TN is bad customer service and you don’t get what you order. Dissatisfied.

The pizza was as thin as a piece of tissue paper. Too much cheese. The dough is being distributed unevenly resulting in crust that’s too high and a center that’s razor thin meaning all you taste is cheese, which is kind of gross. It’s like this every time I order from this location.

If I could give them a “0” I would. My daughter and I order 2 sandwiches a steak and cheese and a chicken bacon and cheese. When we got home with it, it was a chicken (not steak) with cheese. The other sandwich was only bacon. We called them and they made us another order. When we got it home it was burnt and hard. Will never go back.

Spent $80 on an incorrect order. Two pizzas were burnt on the edges . 16 soggy hot wings that we’re barely drizzled with sauce. Manager answered the phone like I was bothering her. She said the girl put on the correct amount of sauce. She didn’t care I was displeased . I said they would lose my business from now on. She said that was just fine with her
