Long review…. We keep giving this location chance after chance and it always disappoints. Day shift is usually decent but the night is always horrible.
There’s never any sauce on our pizzas. We always have to order sauce cups.
Half the time it isn’t cut properly or even at all and we have to cut it at home.
One night there was HAIR!! BAKED INTO the pizza! No joke. Was holding the slice up by the hair cause it was baked into it. Somehow we got over that after awhile and kept ordering from this location cause it’s just 5 minutes away.
Then tonight we order carry out from pickup window like usual and waited 10-15 without anyone even coming to the window. We had even pulled up when there was still someone picking up their order so it’s not like they didn’t know we were there. We had to CALL them to get anyone to come to the window.
Someone please send this location help!!!

DISGUSTING!! Do NOT waste your money!
Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread around 10:40pm. One of the pizzas was wrong and the entire cheese bread was shriveled up and tiny. Took it back up there around 11:15pm and the manager told me they had already turned off the ovens for the night…. they’re supposed to close at 12am. The manager turned the ovens back on and remade the food. Brought it home and the pizza was falling apart as we held up the slice because it was soaked with grease! The remade cheese bread hadn’t even finished cooking, the dough was still RAW!

Placed an order at 6:00pm, app said will be delivered at 7:30pm. I called the store to see what the hold up was and was told because they only have one person working the oven. The two medium size pizzas didn’t show up to the house till 8:00pm.

I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. The pizza crust is always unseasoned, I understand the manager said they have to use less garlic oil but the problem comes into play at they NEVER use it! I even took a picture. At almost spending $50, you think they would do better. I called the store and all she can offer is a side of the garlic butter. I even took a picture. This is why every other domino’s is better, I don’t know why I keep trying. I guess living in medina but I rather drive an hour away to get domino’s then give this place another chance.

Ordered from Medina dominos 4 times since they opened, usually after 4pm, and only one of those times was the pizza cut all the way through. I’m talking ripping a slice and maiming the pizza trying to pull one out. Please start cutting your pizzas all the way!!

Pizza had little or no sause garlic bread twists were hard and very small with only 7. The track time said complete and when we got there it wasn’t in the oven yet. Time was 10-20 mins. and was actually 50 mins.
