Terrible food, spent $65 last night for the order to be wrong, pizza and chicken dry/cold/hard. Worth the extra 10 mins to go to Camden Dominos- their pizza is ALWAYS superb. We order once every week or 2 and moved to a new house that’s closer to Huntingdon. Will not make that mistake again.

2 stars only because when they get it correct it is good. Sadly they rarely get it correct. The last straw was when they gave me the wrong drink and when I called to complain about it put me on hold and FORGOT ME! I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up and called back. When my call was answered by a different person they seemed to have time for my order. When I explained what happened to the manager and requested the correct drink be brought to me I was told no and they would just credit my account. I explained I only lived 2 minutes from the store so it should not be an issue for them to bring it to me. I know it was just a drink but after being forgotten on the phone for 20 minutes I figured it was the least they could do. I was told that they would not bring my drink to me for at least 2 hours and they would just credit my account.
At no point did the manager ever apologize for me being forgotten on the phone. Instead she claimed they were too busy to actually talk to me on the phone, which I find funny considering my partner works across the street from the store and has seen very few customers there.
Also they raised their prices for delivery orders claiming it cost more to deliver because of gas prices but I know for a fact they did not give any kind of raise to their drivers.

Just moving here a month ago but have been down here several times since April 2024 and ordered dominoes, each time my pizza was either lacking toppings that I paid extra for and/or my daughter pizza was over cooked, burnt and cold, then I am blamed for it being burnt the one time I call to complain… then the replacement arrives completely flipped over on itself and is not cut how I ordered it. Absolutely pathetic.
UPDATE: I have ordered several times since this initial review… and it does appear that they have at least corrected the unbelievably burnt thin crust pizza… which is for my young child .. so this is a step in the right direction.. however I still do not get the extra pineapple I order and pay for on the Hawaiian pizza.. I highly suggest if you want extra toppings such as the pineapple.. just make sure to have a can of pineapple at home so you can add them yourself.

Good location. They care about quality here. While there, I witnessed that an order was not picked up for some time. The crew remade the pizza, so it was fresh, and the customer did not even know.
