I called got put on hold. Called back got put on hold. So decided to drive up i live a blocks away. Poor guy was there making pizzas,wings ect.etc. I made my order and 20 minutes later out the door 2 large pizzas and an order of wings. Don’t know the guys name but what a guy he was. I also asked about a noise i was hearing he said that that was orders coming in online orders. I don’t know how he was hanging on to life brother’s. It was something to see. Humboldt Tennessee Retired.

I’m happy with our lil drive thru Domino’s. My food was hot and fresh. I hesitated to try the deep dish. Boy, was I wrong. It is soft and pillowy with the crispy edges. If you really want to step outside the box, nix the typical pizza sauce. Try the garlic parm sauce. Very tasty with Philly steak or the chicken.
They have a few appetizer and dessert options. Pasta, sandwiches, chicken, salads and breadsticks too. There is something for everyone.

This is the third time we order online, get a time supposed to be ready by and told to pull up and wait 20 mins!! Hasnt even been started! After sitting inthe drive thru for 10 mins!! First can’t find the name, then they don’t even know if it’s already been payed for or not! They need to get people that know what’s going on. No apology or offer to get for free. Will not be back! Pizza was supposed been done latest 6:40@ 7:15 it was brought put after I asked about i!! These are what they look like when I get them home, NO CHEESE!!

Customer service is astonishing here. Pizza is always ready 20-25 after the estimate. If they tell you to pull up and they will bring it out you might as well go home for another 45 minutes and come back. It’ll still be in the oven. Foods great.

I love Domino’s pizzas, their cheesy breads and the Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots, they taste great , they’re hot when we pick them up and the customer service is spot on, that goes for the manager and the crew I’ve interacted with they’ve all been great. If I could only make one recommendation every time I walk in there to pick up my pizzas nobody looks like they’re happy everyone’s got a frown on their face. It’d be nice to see more smiles. That would make you guys just about perfect.

I ordered pizza and other items tonight for dinner. The carry out time said 30 minutes. When I arrived, I noticed the a/c was broken as it was hotter inside than outside. The poor employees were sweating, had wet rags under their hats to cool down, box fans blowing with no relief from the heat. I did have to wait longer for my food and as irritating as that is, I’m making this post because of the work environment I witnessed. It is ridiculous to have your employees work when it’s 92 outside but probably over 100 in the store. It shows that Domino’s cares more about making a dollar than their employees having a heat stroke.

Placed my order at 6:17 and the delivery guy showed up at 7:22 with someone else’s order. Wow. Not only late but completely wrong as well?!? When the entirety of society is screaming for higher wages and this stuff still happens, you have to do a little introspection. Higher wages wouldn’t help this. This is endemic with workers today.
