Made a order around 7:15p. Order came out the over at 7:45. I called around 8:20 twice no answer. Called again at 8:45 checking on my order. The employee who answered was rude and told me my order was next to go out. When it finally arrived I sent it back because it was not even warm so I placed another order got the notification that it was being made. 20 minutes later I looked at my phone and saw they canceled my order. I called to talk to a manager (Melissa) to see why it was canceled. She starts sayings they don’t deliver in my area after 5:30 and it’s been like that since fall. That who ever had delivered there all thise other times before today wasn’t suppose to. I had to stop her because I’ve been living in my house going on four years and I’ve never had a problem with them delivering to my address . I order domino’s all the time and never was told this until now all because I sent cold food back to the store. Even if it was true about not delivering to my neighborhood after a certain time the app would of told me once my address was entered for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

I’m almost 50 and have lived all over the country, and this is hands down the worst run Domino’s ever. It’s so bad it’s comical!! But alas, my kids love their pizza. I expect something to go wrong every time and occasionally I’m pleasantly surprised. Tonight is a new one though. I ordered through the app 1.5 hours ago. It’s been stuck in “quality check” for just over 1 hour, and of course they don’t answer the phone!

Ordered online and when I picked up the order it was missing a order of bread nuggets. And the manager looked at me like I was stupid. After showing the receipt and counting the boxes for them they corrected my order politely. The knots with cheese dip is a waste of money 1/8th inch of congealed cheese. The pizza was good but should have cooked longer. Probably won’t go out of my way to try them again. But the staff overall was nice and the store looked clean.

Placed online order for delivery at 5:26pm I live 5mins from this dominos. Received notification at 5:37pm my order had came out of the oven, driver left the store at 6:03pm and didn’t arrive to my house until 6:37pm. 16mins for my pizza to leave the store, & 34mins to arrive to me. The tots were old or had sat too long. All pizza , bread , & cinnamon knots were luke warm. Thin crust pepperoni pizza was burnt! NEVER AGAIN !!!! Spend $33.99 for this order. WASTE OF MONEY! & before anyone ask why I didn’t just pick it up since I live so close , I’m pregnant and on bed rest . The best thing about this order was the 2 liter of Fanta I ordered

The dominos on n.parkway r very rude and will cancel ur order with our even letting u know. They will tell u that it takes about 30-45 mins and then say well it’s going to be a hour to two hours wait time on on delivery. Some time when u get ur food it be all messed up and then they have an attitude when u send it back cuz ur order messed up. This is the 5th time I have had a problem out of them.
