Crew was having serious trouble with orders. Pies were stacked up and practically falling off the conveyor.
Watched mine for 6 minutes as it edged its way from the oven and pushed a few more over the top of others. Same on the lower rack with calzones and other items.
Some customers bailed out but I stuck with it. My pizza was lukewarm when it got boxed and I ate it cold in the parking lot. It was my only option for dinner that night — “should have gone to Papa John’s” like another customer suggested.

Me and my daughter had the best experience at this location last night. The service and atmosphere was everything! Even though my order was wrong the food was still great and fresh! Frankie is such a sweetheart and was very apologetic about getting it wrong and offer to make it over again for me she has so much patience! Usually when my food is wrong I’d be so irritated and upset but my interaction with Frankie had me leaving there happy and with a big smile! Thanks Frankie for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!❤️

Ordered delivery from here, it took 30 minutes which seemed a bit slow seeing that I live about a mile from the store. But worse than that, the order was wrong. I called the store to see what they would do and was meet with a terrible attitude from the lady who answered the phone. She then proceeded to tell me that it would “be a while” before they could get the correct item to me. I ended up having to come to the store myself to get my corrected items. The complete disregard for the mistake and the lack of effort to try and fix the mistake was disgusting. I will not be ordered from them again. You shouldn’t either.

If I could go to 0 in the stars I would. I hate it that one crew member caused a minus for the whole store. I tried to order online first and it wouldn’t complete the order, so I called the store to find out if I had gone through and to order if it didn’t go through. The young lady answered the phone, said “hold please” and that was that. 13 minutes later I hung up. (SS is in photos) I called back after a couple of minutes, thinking maybe it was sooooooo dramatically busy that no person could pick up the phone and say that. No, I got directly transferred to hold. As though I wouldn’t notice. 3 minutes later, I gave up and we went to another establishment. I am a manager and I have worked in different food and retail and it’s really sad to witness the deteriation of customer service. Needless to say I won’t ever go to the establishment again.

Handmade Pan isn’t toppings to the edge. I’ve ordered it a few times and every time I have been disappointed to find an inch of crust all the way around my pizza. It isn’t worth it to pay extra for the pizza when it’s prepared exactly like the original crust. Overall, the quality of Dominos pizza has just been worse over the last decade. I find the same pizza deals every year but the pizza has gotten smaller, and the company seems be trying to cut every corner to keep the prices low. PSA, I’ve been coming to the store for years already and I’ve experienced a great turn over with the staffing. Tonight the store was understaffed, like other nights I’ve been in the last several weeks, and the quality of the pizza is lacking. The last crew about a month ago was much better because they always had plenty of staff, and that’s been reciprocated by the meals I’ve been purchasing. I’ll definitely be thinking twice about stopping in again.
