I normally go to dominos once a week. Today they kinda pissed me off bc my chicken looked like someone ate half of it . I thought my son had dropped the box while I drove home , literally went out side to see if the rest fell out of the box. But nope it just looks like this. More like someone ate half and then gave me the rest. I get the chicken for myself and the pizza for the kids. I called and the guy said “aw so it’s not enough chicken 4 you” like I’m some greedy person looking for a handout. No I just want exactly what I pay for and this wasn’t it. I just know when I order which I have ordered this plenty times before, the box is the size for a reason… really pissed me off with the 10% coupon offer bc what since did that make? And no I don’t feel like coming up to get it remade and then head home with cold pizza. Rant over

I order from this location weekly. I went to pickup my order when it’s supposed to be ready. I get there and they’re just putting it in the oven. I said ok I’ll pickup my kids and come back in 20 minutes. When I returned, it had not been put in the oven at all!! I passed all these restaurants just to eat here. I’m not returning, because my pizza hasn’t been prepared correctly recently. My family of 7 will spend our money elsewhere.

These employees are super rude , Jada the manager especially! I placed an online order at 5:23 p.m the app said Jada started making my order at 5:24 and it’d be ready in 14 minutes, ok cool. So when I arrived 20 minutes later , the pizza wasn’t even in the oven and somehow these females made it seem like I was the problem , so she rudely said it would be another 30 minutes for my order ….. ? Who waits 1 hour for one cheese pizza? Terrible management terrible lazy employees. And they wouldn’t give me a receipt saying I got a refund . Maybe if you hate your job so much you should find another one

I have to tin crust pizzas for my and my wife to eat but when I found something the really not looks like pizza over cook and very 8dry just today Sunday 6.00 pm 28 January 2024…order online nobody can do nothing and the lady say to bring the pizza tomorrow and talk to the manager…. This is not the first time I have had to call up there for my food being incorrect. This time though sticks out. I had called four different times now twice to try to get my food fixed because it was messed up. Getting an attitude each time and I had just called back and the woman kept cutting me off and giving me an attitude when I asked for a refund. The staff here is terrible. I do not know who answered my call it was made a mere minute before I started typing this so about 5:09pm on May 3rd. The food was wrong and the portions were laughable, seven dollars for “a handful of noodles” and sauce. Then just sass with more sass from every worker. The first worker who I called was named Dolly. Unfortunately the second worker who I just spoke to I did not get the name of. I am absolutely disgusted and this has sealed my decision of never ordering from such a terrible store.

Had a bad experience last time. 6 months later I thought I’d give it another chance. That was a mistake. Took over an hour to get my food and didn’t even get my lava cakes. The cook was also the over the phone order taker. I blame the management and or the owner for not having enough people to run the shop. Maybe I’ll try again in a year.

The food was good. BUT we ordered if for delivery around 6:30pm, 7:30pm rolls around we call & check on the order they blow us smoke, 8:30pm rolls around we call & they put us on hold so long the phone hung up on us. Drove up there, wasn’t greeted by anyone, had to ask about my food, I was in the lobby for 1 hour before I got my order that was sitting on the rack in a jumbled mess. Awful customer service, unorganized, terrible experience. Dominos in south jackson has went DOWNHILL. DO BETTER. The manager on duty – zero people skills -zero management skills -zero communication skills (white male probably in 40s) the CSR – zero customers service skills (didn’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby) drivers – trying to do everything at once (black female had a attitude) (black male clueless) BOY OH BOY IF I WAS STILL A MANGER THERE.
