A majority of their negative reviews have been posted within the prior 12 months. That makes me wonder if new management is resposible for the shift in these dissatisfied customers. Personally, I visited couple of months ago to pick up a pizza at the drive thru, and the employee was a little rude and practically threw the pizza box at me in my car.

I normally have a good experience at this location, but on 10/3 I did not! Both pizzas did not have extra sauce nor cheese that I asked for. The pizza had a very thin layer of sauce and cheese, which caused it to be extra dry and not delicious. I also did not get my dipping sauces for both orders of my bread bites. It’s a shame that a company will demand money and the quality you get isn’t what you paid for. Very disappointing, I still like this location but the food quality just was not it that day

This location allows people to order from the pickup window and just sit there while it is made. So if you order online and come to pick up your pizza, you still have to wait 20-40 minutes in line waiting on other people’s food to be made.

This is the only Domino’s I will order from in Memphis. I will go out of my way to drive to Germantown to pick up a pizza everytime. They actually put forth an effort to make the food correctly.

Slowest pizza place in town placed an order online for one pizza i get notification someone began prepping my order at 6:14 pm then another notification at 6:42pm saying my pizza is in the oven. I assume they dont care about their job just there to get a paycheck sad

I ordered online before walking out the house. Got there at the 1st quoted time in estimated ready time. Checked in, app said your order is ready and will be out asap. The young lady came right out. Everything was hot and prompt. Service was great, food was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered pizza and pasta and was headed to another client. Wanted to eat pasta on the way but NO FORK. Both foods were so hot couldn’t eat any until after I got off because they didn’t cool in the 15 minutes drive to next client. But they were both delicious.
