Ordered half and half pizza and another small specialty pizza. $30, they called me 10 minutes later to tell me they couldn’t do BBQ pizza and a one topping pizza on a half and half. They said it would be $40+. I cancelled the order. So what makes BBQ sauce and chicken a specialty pizza? Now I remember why I quit using Dominos years ago. Just thought I would give them one more chance. They blew it.

My office ordered Dominos for lunch and it was awesome! The pizza was still hot and the cheese was stringing off with each piece picked up. One of my coworkers ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and she couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. (I wished upon seeing it that I had ordered one myself).. We had a HORRIBLE experience with a competing company last week and I’ll never make the mistake of NOT ordering Domino’s first. Not sure what takes them so long to make pizzas, this location may be the slowest Dominos I’ve frequented. I order on the app and it just sits there “prepping” for 30 min when it’s not even rush hour. Also, they’ve given me someone else’s order twice, so now I have to open every box and verify the order every time and they look at me like I’m the problem ♂️ nice employees though, just not a very efficiently run place. Not many other options around Oakland tho so I don’t have much hope it will improve.

If you’re going to close early, then update your order system to not accept anymore online orders. If you have orders in the system waiting – call your customers to make them aware and cancel the order for them. Instead, we have to find out you’re closed by driving 15 minutes to the store – and now have to call the bank to cancel the transaction.

I order Domino’s often. I’m usually very happy with the service but I don’t know what’s going on recently. Last week, I placed an online order. They called and said they didn’t have any drivers. Their system forces them to refund the online order then have the customer pay again in person. It’s an inconvenience but I understand its not the staffs fault. Tonight I called to make sure they were accepting curbside pickup orders. I have three children and didn’t want a situation like the following week. They confirmed they were but only for on-line. I was excited and tried to explain why I called ahead and right in the middle the man hung up on me. Two poor experiences in a row. I’m done. I have supported this location way to often to be treated so rudely. Never again.

Food was good, hot and fresh. I wish they delivered. The sodas were only 20 oz and costly via online ordering, when I thought the sodas were 2 Liters. This was my mistake, and it won’t happen again especially since this location is inside of a gas station. I can buy the soda for less there. Overall we enjoyed our order and yes we will order again.
