I ordered three pizzas and a garlic sauce. First thing I noticed was no sauce. After that, one pizza had the wrong toppings and crust. One pizza had an item that I’m allergic to on it when they weren’t even supposed to be on the pizza. The third pizza was burned and cold (the food spent 30 minutes in quality check and took 20 minutes to travel 5 minutes down the road). I reported the issue and all that was offered was one free pizza or 20% off of my next order. I almost wish I ate the allergen pizza and sent the bills to domino’s instead.

My pasta and pizza were burnt that I didn’t even finish them. They deserve did not have enough cinnamon sauce leaving them very dry, when the survey came around I did provide feedback and pictures and they have not reached out. Simply for the customer service I will not be using this location again

Food always on point! I was having a bad day yesterday and the manager took care of me! She didn’t have to do it but she did! Brandi is her name I think time was around 5:45pm! This place needs to be closed down . Management needs to retrain their cooks on food preparation and quality cooking . Veggie pizza was not prepared well . The toppings were falling off and under cooked . Had to put it back in the overnight just to be able to eat it . Horrible food quality and the customer services and accountability is dead .

Beware the bait and switch. I used the $6.99 coupon for pizza and when I changed the sauce from their ‘normal’ sauce to the hearty marinara they charge an extra $2.39 per pizza. They don’t bother telling you there is an increased cost. On a four pizza order that is almost an extra $10. Shameful.

Order placed at 5:20 for ONE large pepperoni pizza. I arrived to the Collierville location near New Byhalia Rd around 6:10 (the ‘Dominos Tracker’ advised my order was completed around 5:46). I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before I was even greeted, only to be told that my order wasn’t nearly completed yet. Waited a few more minutes to be given a pizza that looks like it been cooked and burned and reheated.

We ordered delivery. One of our pizza’s was not delivered so the driver said he’d run back to the store and get it. Store is only about 4 miles away. He never came back. So now a houseful of kids and some didn’t get the pizza they like. Made for a less fun night for our party. Pizza we did get wasn’t very good either. Thanks for nothing Collierville Dominos. We won’t be back.
