The cinnamon bites are pretty good as always, I don’t exactly recommend the classic hot buffalo chicken for anyone with texture issues, it’s crunchy then soft in a odd consistency, and the honey bbq pizza is good as always too

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, was just a cheese pizza with chicken. I left instructions to not knock or ring doorbell because I have dogs, and to leave the food at the door. I know the driver saw the note because they left the food at the door but then proceeded to ring AND knock. Guess they didn’t like the tip. Petty. Will not be ordering here again.

Went throught the drive through and did not think to look at my order.. I got home and noticed my brownie dessert was literally burnt. I called Dominoes and they said bring it back so we can see it. I wasn’t willing to drive another 15min there. The representative told me to submit pictures I did.. I called back later that night to make sure that they received my email and th guys says yes they received it the manager just sent an email. I have not heard anything back. Once the brownies got cold they were harder than a rock! No refund or anything. They knew the brownies were burnt when they came out the oven. The advice I leave you…. CHECK YOUR ORDER! They will not fix the issue.

Pizza – base undercooked, crust medium cooked cheese 70% cooked
Bite into it doughy soft and mushy and soggy. Bonus points for lady answering the phone didn’t hesitate to have pizza portion remade , very polite and understanding, great customer service and she deserves recognition too bad I’m terrible with names but she was very nice, young but intelligent sounding. I’ve already texted from them at least 7 yrs a few drivers don’t need to be interacting with people but most are top notch CS REPS. Try to bs aka break the ice with all delivery drivers but some are either too nervous,some too skiddish or some too stuck up or impolite. I used to be a delivery driver back in my early 20s , 20 yrs ago and never walked in front of a customer without a smile on my face willing to engage with them. Kids today need to replace and breath a little and be more engaged person to person. They’ll get better tips that way, just saying coming from a former successful high earning driver.

We have some random issues ordering here sometimes but it’s generally good pizza at least. Sometimes our order comes out of the oven half an hour before it’s delivered, sometimes the order is wrong. Today I received a 14” large that was actually less than 12” and was barely cut. It tasted good though! I know staffing has been difficult for a lot of places so hopefully it gets better.

So we decided to take pizzas to one of our clients in Covington, TN. That location already had several big orders lined up and couldn’t get to ours in the time we needed. She recommended Atoka. We called that location and they were very helpful.
I ordered 20 medium hand tossed pizzas and they were made in a super quick amount of time!!! They helped us not show up late to our client.
I wouldn’t hesitate telling people to try this location out. We will use them again!!!

We decided to try the wings for the first time, but they were not good. They barely had sauce on them (see photo) and they didn’t include the ranch. I’ve tried to call this location multiple times to speak with them directly, but the phone system loops through a hiring offer and hangs up. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back if this is the product and service this location offers.

Manager was so rude not sure where you guys find your employees but looks like you need a new source. Horrible customer service was treated so wrong and embarrassed infront of other customers. Your Manager was having an awful day and decided to take it out my loved ones . my family and I will never be back to your awful location.
