Like others have said, this location has major issues with the app/tracker. Waited 40mins to get to the drive-thru to pick up my two pizzas, only to be told I was third in line, so probably another 20mins. The employee was not friendly or apologetic… just kind of made me feel like I was a burden. I have had this experience more than once at this location.
When I went in to finally pick up my pizza, the employee that was less than friendly to me was just standing back behind the counter on his cell phone. Makes sense why they are running behind.

Sorry, but I love this location. Normally the pizza is great but tonight 2/8/26 was a fiasco. Ordered on line, I put my phone # in to track my order but I get a message that says the order doesn’t match the phone number. I call to ask if they received a order from me but they say no. I put in my order again and when I FINALLY get my delivery, my pizza looks like it has been tossed upside-down plus it wasn’t what I ordered. But 15 min later I get a second pizza delivered, from same location, remember I was told they didn’t receive a first order. So I sent it back. I hope I get credited for the 2nd pizza. Very disappointed.

They have this fancy “dominos tracker” that tells you when your pizza is ready for pick up. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered pizza from this location, the app says it’s ready. I then show up only to be told that it’s not actually ready and I end up waiting an additional 10 – 15, sometimes 20 minutes. Why have an tracker app that youre so proud of when it doesn’t actually give accurate information? I’m guessing because they’re on some corporate timer and don’t want corporate to know it takes them longer to make the pizza? Either way, giving false info to your customers is a pain.

Disappointed in their bread bowls .I have gotten 3 Chicken Alfredo from 9615 Countryside Center Lane on Middlebrook. All 3 were doughy. When their made right their delicious!!

Unsafe drivers always get a 1 star from me. Nov 18 at 2:59pm on Ball Camp Byington Rd in Knoxville TN, a dominoes car (one of the small white ones with the logos on it) was speeding down the road. The driver of the car sped right past a bus with the stop sign out and kids getting off.

Extremely unprofessional behavior by driver. Your drivers don’t drive their own cars anymore, they don’t use gas, and I live less than a mile away from your store. I called the store and the “manager” was basically dismissive about the whole situation. This will be the last time I order from here, I recommend others do the same.

Ordered delivery. The tracker says the order was taken out of the oven and being checked for quality over 30 minutes ago. I called the store to see if I could just come pick it up and I didn’t get a chance to say anything, I was just put on hold immediately. I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes and counting….

Oh Ashley just finally answered and said carry out is an hour and a half and delivery is longer. I had to explain to her that I already ordered almost an hour ago and the app says it’s already out of the oven and everything. She acted like she didn’t even want to check on it for me and just wanted me to cancel it or something. Rude! It’s bad for business to have a manager encouraging customers to cancel orders already placed and encouraging people to not even order just because they are busy. Doesn’t she know that having to cancel and refund in the middle of being busy will just set you back even further time-wise. So dumb. I called to come pick it up instead so they wouldn’t have to deliver. I’m just trying to help and get my pizza that has already been made. It’s probably going to be cold! Or dried out from sitting in a warmer for so long! We live less than 5 min away and all we ordered were 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and a 2 liter of Fanta and they literally can’t handle it.
