If I could give ZERO stars I would bc that’s what this Domino’s deserves. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they were both TERRIBLE! They didn’t get the order right for either pizza. The first one looked like it was cooked, burnt, and saved since yesterday. I ordered a Philly steak that was supposed to have BBQ sauce, green peppers, pineapple, mushrooms, and onions and only got the Philly steak! Damn, yall couldn’t even put sauce on it?? The 2nd was supposed to be hand tossed and it’s barely thicker than the thin crust and was so greasy and salty I could barely eat it. The cheesy bread was supposed to have no garlic, due to an ALLERGY, and the bread had so much garlic you could smell it before you opened it. By the time I got home with the pizzas Domino’s was closed and I couldn’t return them so thanks for ruining my dinner tonight! Dominos, you really slippin’! I shoulda gone to Pizza Hut bc that was a waste of $50! Def the last time I order anything from y’all!

This dominos has been closed for several months. The building is quite literally empty. It appears they are working on opening a new location nearby soon. But they are currently closed. The hours keep being updated to say they are open but this is untrue. The university commons location is the next closet location. 🙂

Leaving this review as I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. When we ordered we were quoted 19 minutes for delivery. Our pizza came out of the oven per the app an hour and 20 minutes ago. No one will answer the phone at the store. We can’t complain directly to dominos corporate. Obviously we don’t want a 2 hour old pizza. This store should be closed permanently. 2 pizzas for over $40 is INSANE and then to never be able to get them or even reach a human…even more insane.

I ordered delivery. It took over an hour and a half for my order to arrive and the pizza was missing the sausage I ordered, it was barely warm, and the tater tots were half the size of previous orders. When I tried to call the store they never picked up the phone. Absolutely horrible experience.

For a chain restaurant, completely on point. Nick has gotten countless numbers of my orders to perfection and runs a very tight shift. I walk in and don’t even have to announce myself, order is up on the counter. Quality and service are always top notch.

I ordered 15 pizzas at 11 am to feed 50 people for a party. Paid in full and received confirmation of pick up at 6 pm. Arrived at the store and the employee told me he hadn’t made any of the pizzas. He said there’s no way he could make that many but don’t worry because he voided the order and refunded my money. I asked why I wasn’t told about that so I could find pizza somewhere else to feed 50 people waiting on me. He didn’t know—he had my phone number—but offered no apologies and said the manager had made the decision to cancel the order and not tell me. He assured me saying but it’s no problem because he was refunding my order so don’t worry about it.
If you want to completely waste your time order pizza from this location and expect to get what you ordered. They’re rude, unapologetic and I’ll never darken the doorstep here again.

Horrible. Driver said he knocked on my door for 5 minutes which was a bold face lie. When I called the store they said he was going to come back to drop off my food which he never did. Their night staff is not working or doing their job. Just sitting around and being lazy. Extremely unsatisfied. Hope you enjoy my free pizza!!!!!!

Had a delivery scheduled for 7:15p. Was in “quality check” at 6:58p on the app. No delivery at 7:40p, so I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Drove down there, because it’s 6 minutes away, to save them the trip. Pizzas weren’t even made yet. The phones were on silent. Manager was extremely argumentative and cussing at myself and other patrons with the same issue. The manager told a patron the reason the customer service is poor is because we (the patrons) are making it poor by complaining. The situation escalated, so I left without pizzas. What is going on at this store?

So I typically don’t do reviews at all but what I just experienced was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I ordered through Uber eats and sometimes they mess up the pick up location, so when they said it had been delivered but I didn’t receive anything I called the store to figure it out and that is what happened. I don’t know if they were in a rush or what but they immediately had attitude with me said they called twice but I never received a call from ANYONE in that time frame, I even double checked my history in case I did just miss it…NOPE not a single call from anyone. And the girl had the nerve to tell me not to deny it…like what?!? It was hard to even get a single word out, they kept cutting me off. When the driver came back around to the right place this time, she was rude and I tried to show her that I in fact didn’t receive a call just more attitude… I work in the fast food business and this experience was completely unacceptable!
