The food was prepared fast and was delicious. The employees that were working was extremely friendly. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever gotten from Domino’s. They also were kind enough to make a hot chocolate and a fresh hot pizza for a homeless lady. So very kind. I can not recommend this location 900 N. Placed a future order at 11 am for a 5:45 pm delivery. The order did not arrive until after 6:10 pm. Management clearly has not learned how to dispatch orders properly. Do better or move the hell on…yikes…this isn’t rocket science, folks. The owner needs to do better with hiring and paying people better. Perhaps service wouldn’t be so shitty if folks knew they could pay their bills. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely awful! Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from Domino’s. Pan pizzas were dough even though I asked for well done. Pasta literally had no sauce and 3 pieces of toppings. Pizza was very poorly made some pieces didn’t even have toppings!! I ordered online from work and specified at time pizza wasn’t even done for 20 minutes past that time. No one would even answer the phone to take my complaint. I paid 31 dollars to throw food away and make sandwiches for my kids. Extremely unhappy!

10/4 Ordered online at 9:45 two sandwiches! At 12:00 we received our order….room temperature! This is the last time I will ever order from this Dominoes! Too many times we have picked up and kitchen is complaining with each other!
Ordered 2 8 piece chicken bites with ranch at 10:55 pm on April 7! At 12:22 am we STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED OUR ORDER! My son checked the app and at 12:23 it said driver was on the way! We have given them several chances to improve on getting our order to us. There is always some excuse. Many times we have received our food and was cold! Very displeased! 12:27 our food arrived! No ranch as asked for with chicken. Did receive chicken and garlic bread bites as ordered.

Made an order for delivery. About an hour into waiting for my pizza I called back to the store to check on my order. It was stated then that it would possibly be delivered in another hour to hour and a half. So since I had already paid I decided to go to the physical store location and retrieve my food. So all together it was possibly going to take three hours or longer to get the order delivered. Totally unacceptable. Workers were just standing around. Manger was hiding in his office I was told. The light shining is on a lady who I forgot her name by now. But she was working her butt off to keep the customers happy and informed. Unlike the store manager who was hiding. I will will definitely reconsider before ordering delivery from this location. Or be prepared for bad service and long wait times!

The last two times I ordered pizza from this location they’ve been messed up I’ve reached out to the owners they replied once with an automatic reply and never heard back to make sure I wasn’t trippin I went to a different location today and ordered the same pizza and I could tell a big difference this location is closer to me but I will not be going back to this one plus when you make a a pan pizza or a thin crust the toppings are supposed to go all the way to the edge

It’s at a convenient location close to downtown. Friendly employees. Almost never a long wait. Food is cooked great. I’ve had them reach out to me on the phone when they couldn’t fulfill my online order just right to see if they could offer a substitute. I’ve had a different location prepare a different product without telling me and expect me to take the substitute.
