We love their pizza! Never had any issues with delivery or pickup. Everything is exactly what we ordered whenever we receive it and we’ve never had issues with missing items.
They have tables on the inside and the waiting area is smaller so I recommend ordering your pizza ahead of time.

I ordered delivery and followed up on the order after it showed it had been out of the oven an hour. I was informed it was the next order to be delivered. It showed up 50 minutes AFTER that, so my food had been done almost 2 hours and was cold. My pasta wasn’t correct and only had 2 pieces of chicken and missing the mushrooms and my kids were now eating at 9:00 on a school night. I had already begun cooking dinner because I wasn’t sure if it was even going to show. So disappointing.

We ordered lunch today, three bread bowls, had it delivered to find out they forgot the noodles in the breadbowl …. paid over $8 with tax for a super ready pizza. I would normally understand that mistakes happen, I tried reaching out to store to see what could be done to be hung up on after being on hold 10 minutes the first time, and left on hold 20 minutes the second time.

Ordered pizza (one). At 510p. Told it would be delivered in 40-45 min. Called after an hour. No pizza. Charged twice for 25.22. Staff was trying to track order. Never found. I asked them to send a pizza again. Staff was rude and hung up on me. After telling me manager would contact tomorrow for credits. Their behavior was so dismissive and inappropriate . Looks like they need to check their people before hiring people who just do not care. Addendum. The driver arrived 710p. The pizza was good and I tipped him and asked him to ask the girl not to hang up on her customers.

I ordered TWO pizzas today spending almost $30. When the pizzas arrived at my house, they were both severely RAW inside and undercooked. The pan pizzas cheese wasn’t even much melted. Couldn’t pick it up as it just liquified back into the box. Disgusting. So we call the store back and they say that they would replace the order. Awesome. So over an hour later they bring us ONE very BURNT pepperoni pizza (didn’t order this pizza at all) so no, I would not recommend this place!! This is the second time they have messed up my food. Plenty of other options in town for pizza won’t go back to this one.

I called right at 10 AM needing 8 pizzas, and Jaime was so kind and helpful taking my order. Everything was ready perfectly on time. Paul even carried all the pizzas out to my car for me, and both of them were so pleasant the whole time. Wonderful customer service—thank you Jaime and Paul for making it such an easy and positive experience!

My husband’s pizza was delivered uncooked the cheese on the top was melted but the rest of the pizza was dough and unmelted cheese when I called the store the employee was very nice and said he would remake our order when the delivery arrived it wasn’t the pizza we ordered and it was burnt

There have been a couple times when the pizzas were overcooked, but usually everything is ok. Had one experience where the order took about 30 minutes longer than stated. Most visits they have it ready before I get there. For some reason I don’t get texts saying the order is ready even though I’m signed up for it.
