Unfortunately, this is the second time at this location that we placed our order online and it wasn’t accurate. Today, one of our pizzas was made with tomato sauce instead of alfredo, the hand tossed was slightly burnt, we didn’t receive our two marinara sauces and the icing for the cinnamon twists. The buffalo mac and cheese came without buffalo so we added our own sauce to give it some kind of a kick. The order said complete and ready, and we pulled up to the window and still had to wait for over 10 minutes. Aside from that, at least the parmesan bites and twists themselves were hot and coated in their proper seasonings.

I remember now, why I don’t order from this Domino’s when im waiting an hour after I ordered two medium pizzas! I was hoping the tracker was wrong but nope. I pulled up to the window 45 minutes after placing my order thru the app and its not even in the oven yet… the lady at the window was nice about it.
So im parked outside with many others. Waiting. Im thinking we need some new management cause this isn’t the first time and im not alone out here.

Don’t expect to get a refund for an accidental order (to the wrong location) from this particular Domino’s. It’s been a week since we first called to cancel the order and get our refund, 20+ ignored calls, lying over 4 times about getting a manager to settle this situation, and a report against the store later and we’re now having to potentially seek legal action. Do Not Waste Your Money or Time Here.

What is going ON!! I ordered at 5:34 on the app! Called at 6:30 said driver had 4 stops to make, it is now 7:58 and they will NOT answer their phones!! I just want my money back! I placed my order online and requested no tomato sauce and it to be New York style. After arriving home and checking my order it was hand tossed with tomato sauce. I understand mistakes happen but once I tried to call the store after 10 minutes no one answered. I drove back to the store to find Taylor (the manager) and another employee sitting outside the back door smoking weed. I wanted to be understanding but to find no one is answering the phone because they’re out back smoking is very frustrating. After speaking with Taylor she just responded so, “what do you want me to do of course remake your pizza and give you a refund?” I just would’ve liked some ownership and an apology would’ve been great.

Waited in line at the pickup window behind another car for 25 minutes. I went inside stood in line when it got to me. I was told to waite he had to help the person at the window. I said while your looking can you give me Bender (right on top). He said no he had to take care of the window (the same car I was behind).
If the person’s pizza is not ready have them pull around or something
My wife’s pizza was cross contaminated. It had a piece of green pepper on it.
There seems to be no management in control of the store.
We will take our business else where.

I ordered pacific veggie pizza well done and chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza toppings were off from half of the pizza, instead of well done it was undercooked and the pasta had like 2 drops of sauce in it. WORST DOMINOS LOCATION!!!

Picked up pizza a little after 1 PM on a Friday afternoon. Two girls working could not give less of a crap about a customer there. They let me stand there as they came back-and-forth to retrieve a cell phone or wander back to the back and sit down. I finally had to go around the counter and get my own stuff. This is a culture and training issue maybe, but the customer service was absolute garbage.
