For take out pizza, Domino’s does a great job. Typically our order is on time, correct and fresh out of the oven. Never had an issue. Recommend this location as the staff is always very pleasant.

They made me turn back and break my 100$ bill a couple of days ago. Today the app is letting me reuse my points without telling me a pizza was working, so I used the same points for 2 identical pizzas unknowingly. The good news is it’s still letting me use them lol. They give no grace. It’s simply a business. Not the neighborhood pizza joint, and it’s sad they can’t see that. They missed out on so much tip money too.

I guess I have finally had it. The manager is a nice man but he hasnt been able to get good help in years. Their website is down (not the store’s fault obviously), so I called to place my order. I have been on hold for 17 minutes, it is 11 AM on a Wednesday.
It’s almost like they just throw the toppings on raw after the pizza is done in the oven. I have had a pizza delivered upside down. Just placed a Papa Johns order.

Very disappointed that, when I came in for a carry-out order, ask for some red pepper and parmesan packets. I then learned, after all these years that they now wanted to charge for packets. Very disappointing, very frustrating that 5 cents worth of packets, can’t be giving out for free, they have to charge now!

If I could give zero stars I would. Was told by the “manager”, Sara(h), that they could not break $100 bill for delivery and said, that’s fine, just change it to carry-out and she said, “well you’d still have to have that broken elsewhere cause we can’t get into the safe.”

So when I told her to just forget the order then, because I’m not making an extra stop for something a manager should be able to do, she coped an attitude and said, “Gladly.”
I’m always astounded as how much of someone’s job I have to do, while they’re being paid.
I’ll go give my money to Papa John’s instead. At least they can make change in the store.

Pickup is great but delivery takes a while. Usually when I order delivery it takes about 2 hours to get to me and I live about 8 minutes away. I understand that it gets busy. However, pickup is much quicker and the food quality is better as well.

Called the store FINALLY got through told them I ordered a pizzia 2 hours ago and was told wait ANOTHER 15 minutes and call back if it had not arrived!!! And they would check into it!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Made an order tonight right around 9:00 p.m. When I made the order the estimate time of arrival was 24-34 minutes. I got a notification that the pizza was taken out of the oven around 9:15. The driver didn’t show up until an hour later. Then he calls and tells me he is at my door. So I go outside to see that he isn’t. I try to get him to go in the right direction, but he doesn’t listen and goes in the opposite. When he finally shows up, I don’t give him a tip because of his rudeness. I told him that if he were quicker, he would get a tip. I don’t tip for bad service. He then proceeds to make excuses. Horrible customer service. As you can see from the pic, the pizza was cold and had to be reheated just to be edible. Really disappointed. Never had any issues with this location before, but will certainly never be back.

Horrible. Was told when I ordered it would be 34 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later. Observed phone ringing for over 5 minutes. Workers obviously don’t care. After waiting 30 minutes, they tell me they are just making it. No adults in sight. 2 customers walked out already. If I wasn’t picking up for someone else, I would have bailed also. Owner should be ashamed and embarrased. Sux. Won’t be back. Photo shows customer feedback.
