Hands down, this is the best Domino’s location I’ve ever experienced! Our orders almost always arrive before the estimated delivery time, which is such a pleasant surprise. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food arrives fresh and piping hot—we often have to wait a few minutes just to let it cool before digging in. Consistently excellent service and quality—highly recommend!

Thought I wouls give dominos another try on 2.8… welp the parmesan bites were covered in a pound of parmesan and garlic. They tasted like dried dough covered in parmesan powder..unedible. the other box of parm bites was soaked in oil. Time to find a new pizza place.
This location has had its ups and downs over the years, lately however the pizza has been great, hot and fresh, parmesan bites are always good, except for tonight. Picked up 2 pizzas and 32 count parmesan bites, pizza was warm not hot, and the parmesan bites were swimming in oil, absolutely disgusting. What a huge disappointment.

Ordered a pizza online. The crust was wrong, actually the crust look like burnt cardboard with cheese drizzled over the top when I returned it back to the drive-through to request my money back. The guy said that’s the way it comes and laughed and then drop the entire pizza on the floor. This is what happens when you allow children to run your business. I am never coming back.

Ordered a pizza at 12:11pm. It didn’t get to me until 1:25pm. Not even Luke warm. No sorry or anything. The worst dominoes place I have ever ordered at hands down.

This Domino’s has went downhill ever since it was sold a few years ago. It’s pathetic. Just sat at the drive thru window as 9 people working inside just carry on. Talk and act like no customers there. Keep it up and you’ll be like Hardee’s and Wendy’s…

I placed my order shortly before I arrived so I sat inside to wait on my pizza… I wish I didn’t. Because I witnessed the girl making my pizza not only pulling a hair out of the pizza, but also not wearing gloves. And the guy cutting the pizza dough was not wearing gloves either. Not to mention their health inspection is over a year and a half expired. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend, do not come here. (They also messed up my order after I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and made me wait another 20 minutes for a pizza that was cut correctly)

I have been a weekly delivery customer for about 15 years. 2 out of my last 3 orders have not even been started after 45 minutes. When I call the store as the app suggests, the employee was extremely rude and said they were not allowed to talk to me about online orders. I asked for the manager. He said I was taking time away from his employee making pizza. I cancelled my order and the manager tried to hang up before confirming cancellation. I insisted he stay on the phone and confirm and he said I was waisting his time. I asked who owned the store and he yelled Knox Pizza Company, LLC and hung up. I hate to see this happen to what was once a great dinner option for my family. Both employees were annoyed to talk to me. Franchises push us to the app and don’t want to talk to us when there is a problem. I looked online for a number to the owner and it does not exist. If you are the owner please call me. You should be able to find my cell all over your computer from my orders. I don’t mind an order being late or wrong but I wont continue to spend money with a company who’s employees say I waist their time by asking about my delayed order.
