We needed several pizzas for a birthday so we called and Kristina was amazing and helped us alot. The pizzas online were half off and the app wasnt working for us so she did the orders and was just awesome. The pizzas had plenty of cheese and toppings and was hot fresh and delicious and had a great taste. Thanks Kristina for everything.

We USED to order from this Domino’s all the time. However, after today and dealing with the store Manager Sam. We will NEVER order from here again, as long as he is employed by this company. We had an issue with our order. When I called the store to explain what happened. I spoke with Ashley. She was extremely kind and helpful. She was going to fix the issue. She placed me on hold while she pulled up my information. Then Sam picks up the phone and tells me they are not going to fix the issue and Ashley had no “authority” to do so. He was the store manager and he wasn’t going to fix it. I told him as the store manager he should honor what his employee said. He then proceeds to yell at me. Telling me again that he’s the “store manager” and they obviously can’t make me happy and he’s ending the call and hung up on me…..?????? What???? He was beyond rude and I can’t believe someone like him would ever be placed in an managerial position. Whomever owns this Domino’s may want to rethink this decision before they lose even more customers.

I placed an order for Cinnamon Bread Twists with my Pizza tonight. I checked my order before I drove away from the Carry Out window and had plain dough balls. I blew my horn and waved frantically to get someone’s attention so that I could tell them I had not received Cinnamon Bread twists. When someone finally appeared and understood my situation he got a squeeze bottle and drowned the dough balls in Cinnamon. He also offered me a beverage. I told him I wanted the bread twists, I personally think the dough balls look disgusting. They apparently could not provide me with bread twists so another employee appeared and I asked for a refund. Well they don’t do that either. I was given a credit on my next order but I have to call in to get it. By the time all this transpired and I drove home my pizza was cold. I never got the offered beverage, and I doubt that credit is waiting. I won’t go back.

Ordered pizzas for party of 35. Called ahead snd spoke with Christina, the manager. She was very helpful and made great recommendations. When I went into the store to actually place the order she took care of it very efficiently! Will do this again! Thank you, Christina, David and crew!

contacted this store location in Jefferson City to ask if they can deliver to my address (I’m less than 14 miles away) after speaking to someone and advising them that door dash and Uber eats will/can deliver but, I prefer to pay one of their drivers a good tip for the few extra miles so it’s directly from the company, I was told no and then abruptly hung up. really wanted Domino’s, but they need to expand their delivery range for us county folks, our local pizza plus has became terrible, expensive, and takes 2 hours to get a delivery 1~11 miles away.

Domino’s is usually our favorite place for pizza, but lately it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s awesome food and awesome service. Other times, the pizza is burnt and you receive no incentive to want to give it another try. Very frustrating that there is so much inconsistency and the manager doesn’t really seem to care.

They always do such a wonder job! This time Timothy delivered my pizza and unfortunately I fell asleep for a few minutes. He stayed until it was hand delivered! Timothy was amazing and so friendly when he could have understandably have been aggravated at me! And the order was very different and perfect!! And delicious!! Wish I could give a higher rating!

Pizza dough so raw toppings slid off. I called them was given a $15 credit towards next order. Mind you can’t eat this mess and I wanted my money back. Never again. Be warned. 2nd pic Is the dough NOT cheese!!
